We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. I haven't used him for plumbing but Sean was coming out at 930pm to help rescue a cat in a tree! He didn't know me or my friend but was willing to help FOR FREE!!

These guys were wonderful! They came in and fixed an issue we were having with the pipes draining sewage from our home that were causing our toilets to backup into our house. Very down to earth and willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely use them again if we need to. They really were wonderful. Professional and willing to help resolve the issues.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.
