We had a hot water recirculation loop installed to reduce the time to get hot water at our faucets and shower.. Paul was awesome in understanding my problem, open to my concerns with the success of the system, and welcoming my ideas to share in the design of the system and trouble shoot the fine tuning of the system.The technicians that performed the installation were professional as well. Worked non-stop, left the work area clean and neat, and didn't leave until everything was working to my and their satisfaction.End result, I have a time adjustable 1 to 2 second hot water throughout our house at times we are able to specify on the timer.Cudos to Atomic! This company is professional from the time you make your first phone call to the completion of the project!

Anthony is awesome! I had a dripping kitchen faucet. My husband and a friend tried to fix it and stopped the dripping but ended up with very little to almost no water pressure in the sink and dishwasher. Plus the kitchen faucet leaked from both handles every time I turned it on. I called another company and they didn't have anyone available to come out for 4 days. I called Cecilia's Home Repairs and they had someone available to come out within the hour. Anthony installed a new faucet and fixed the water pressure and leaking in less than 15 minutes. I'm glad to have my kitchen sink and dishwasher back so quickly and the prices are also very reasonable.

If you are like me when it comes to repairs I am just used to opening my wallet and let myself be robbed because of not being mechanically inclined. I got three estimate for repair to my AC unit and was given a range of 3000 to 5500 dollars being told this was needed, that was needed and so on. Anyway with money being tight I tried one more estimate and contacted James Dodd Plumbing and Air. The office staff was very friendly and was able to get Mr. Dodd himself out there the same day. So what the other repair places made seem like the end of the world turned out that just a minor repair was needed and the cost was minor. I was so relieved. So yes 'Virginia' there is a honest repair man out there. If you are looking for honesty, professionalism and people that follow through go with James Dodd Plumbing and Air.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done.
