I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

Tidewater Plumbing and Heating were not only quick on the scene but very honest, communicative, and polite during the process. Their pricing was considerably less than any other competitor. Even after a completely honest, totally-not-a-big-deal-at-all mistake that lead to a damaged Keurig machine, our installer insisted that he pay out of pocket for a new one. What a great guy! Should we have any HVAC issues in the future, we know who to call.”

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Until I communicated with Cecilia's Home Repair my experience with plumbers was not good. Anthony came last year and did a very good job taking care of some plumbing issues. I recently called again for more serious issues. He responded right away. There was sewage backup causing me not to be able to use the toilet, tub, washing machine & etc. Turns out the very old lead pipe under the house had to be replaced. Cristian replaced that pipe on a very hot day, with no complaints. Anthony came out again and cleared another pipe connected to the washing machine. he did not leave until he was sure everything was working properly. One thing that is very special about working with Anthony is the way he takes time to explain what is happening with your issue as well as answering questions about future projects. His knowledge of plumbing is very clear. The entire Cecilia Team including Mike over the phone & Victoria make you feel they are serious about helping you.

We had some shingles come loose and contacted Mike for an estimate. He was quick to respond and well priced. I’ll definitely keep his number saved for the future!

I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. If I could give this place a 0 star i would, guy that came out was so unprofessional, told me i should just trash my unit and pay 9grand and replace it, the guy lied to me and quoted me 2 outrageous estimates and then said idk why im even here talking to you ect , never will call this company or refer them to anyone, was a complete waste of time and the technician if you want to call him that he couldnt even bend down to look at my compressor was a jerk, and unprofessional! Definately call someone else like Atomic plumbing if you actually want PROFESIONAL WORK!

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

I have used this firm for years. The owner and his staff have always come to me quickly when necessary and the fix the issue--- large or small for what I feel is a reasonable price. They are folks you are very comfortable in having in your home and totally trustworthy!

Purchased a Rheem gas hot water heater from Home Depot. Received a call a from Perez Enterprizes Monday morning to schedule the installation that afternoon. Ernie and Rodney was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The installation was fast and was completed swiftly. I would recommend and use them again.

Came to my house with a buyer without authorization from the homeowner. He created a hole in my tub then tried to write a quote for it. He refuses to fix it even though I have pictures that he caused it because it wasn’t there 2 days before during the professional home inspection: called him to give him an opportunity to fix it and obviously he isn’t insured. Will be taking him to small claims court!!! Don’t use him. He is a scammer!!!!
