I am extremely happy with Precision Plumbing. My toilet needed to be replaced, so I checked Google for the best rated plumbers in the area. I called over half a dozen, none of which would give me a quote over the phone. They all wanted to send out someone out to give the estimate, which would cost X number of dollars. Of course, that fee would apply towards the work, if we went ahead. Nope. I called Precision and they gave me an estimate over the phone, so I went with them. The plumber showed up on time and was kind enough to pick up the toilet I bought at Home Depot, as I can't lift it due to a broken rib. He installed the new toilet quickly, did a great job and left the bathroom clean. There was only one issue. They had charged me a higher rate than quoted. When I brought it to their attention, they admitted their mistake, took responsibility, and immediately resolved the issue. I do not feel they were trying to cheat me in any way or get out of it, even though it lost them $75. I would definitely use them again .

We actually did not even have them in our house - we called with an issue and they gave us a solution right over the phone they totally fixed everything!! They didn’t even come out to the house just free, fantastic advice. Super appreciate them and their honest advice and kind attitudes

American Mechanical did maintenance on my whole house generator. They did such a thorough job, it looked brand new when they were done. It runs smoother and quieter. They also went above and beyond to repair a timing switch.
