Best Sewer Line Inspection in Virginia Beach VA

I never write reviews for company's but I was throughly impressed and very pleased with the service of this company...so much that i'm here writing a review. I called due to having an outdoor spigot that hadn't worked in 5 years. First, the receptionist (i'm sorry i don't remember her name) was great, very professional, and easy to explain my issue to. I asked to rescheduled to another day due to me not wanting a tech working out in the rain, and they accommodated and had me first in line the next day. Then Robin came out and fixed what i thought would be a complex issue, in 5 minutes (and he didn't make me feel dumb for it being a simple fix)! Overall, i'm extremely pleased with this company, this is my second time using them and will continue in the future if need be.

Harrison has worked on two of our homes over the past several years on various plumbing projects and repairs. As an Interior Designer, I work with lots of contractors. Harrison’s knowledge, punctuality and professionalism keep him on the top of my list!

Very professional, great value

Sean was GREAT! We noticed water coming through the ceiling downstairs, so we knew we had a problem. We were referred to Sean by a friend of ours, so we knew he would be on point. We called this AM and he was here within an hour or two and began to dive in. What we thought was going to be an easy detection turned out to be quite the opposite, and Sean didn’t stop until he found the problem. He was committed to finding the root of the problem and did it in a true professional fashion. We will certainly use his services again and we highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. He does it like it should be done, committed to the end! We now have a full functioning plumbing household. Thanks Sean!

Hands down the BEST prices in town. I met with Sears, Russell's and someone else but Guy Smith offered the best price for AC/Furnace combo. Their customer service was fantastic from start to finish! I can't recommend them enough.

Very friendly and helpful

Mike, technician # 0703 was very personable and knowledgeable. He went right to work and was finished and cleaned up in no time. We very much appreciate his effort to help us understand the work that needed done and explaining the process he took to fix it. After the work was done he stuck around to answer some other questions we had about cleaning out underground drainage pipes, he explained the different options, cost and who to contact directly. Mike was very helpful. Thanks again.

Pat and Virginia are two of the hardest working people I know. They are reliable and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure something is done correctly. You can always trust the quality of their work.

Honesty, integrity, family owed and run.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had with a company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They were supposed to be coming out to fix my hot water heater for OVER a month. I spoke with the owner personally and expressed the two times the company flaked on us and he promised he would be there Monday. To my surprise a THIRD no show on us by the OWNER. I tried calling the company back and conveniently no one answers the phone. Then to make matters worse, they put the job as complete with my home warranty company when they never even showed up for the job. This company is UNprofessional and a SCAM!! Please please save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.
