Randy was very knowledgeable and friendly!! He did a great job and left a lasting impression on my roommate's and I to definitely use this company ( and Randy upon request ) for our future plumbing needs! Water dripping from ceiling, called 3 plumbing companies no response. Call Harrison “Jimmy” answered said he could be there in less than 2 hours. Showed up fixed the problem. It turns out he is the owner!!! Wow what great service

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

Had new countertops installed so it was necessary to rework undersink plumbing. Called at 11 and they sent a very capable guy named Kyle Campbell at 4. Very pleased as it was not emergent. He did a splendid job, efficient and curtious. All fixed up in 1 hour. Another happy A1 customer!

They did an amazing job!! I had Wayne and his partner (can’t remember name) come and fix a clogged drain and leaking toilet. They had it fixed within the hour. Gave me an estimate before performing work. They cleaned up after themselves as well. Would definitely call again for any other plumbing needs.

It is never difficult to get them on the phone and I really appreciate that. The staff is very professional and helpful. I did not wind up needing a leak detection service yet but if I ever do in the future I will definitely be using their services.

Jason was extremely attentive in answering all my questions about replacing my electric water heater with a hybrid version. He was accessible via phone and text message and gave me quote that was accurate and did not change when they completed the job. After installation i had a small leak from a pipe on top, which came from my water pump that was defective, not their fault. I called them and the came right back out to remove it. Since then no issues. It is very hard to find good honest companies these days and i am glad i found them. They will be my goto for any plumbing related issues. Thanks!

I first used Lindsey Brothers at my home. They came out immediately and repaired the problem. A few years later i needed them again. They came out and wanted to charge a travel fee. They were doing a job in NC and charged me from there to my home. I called the office because this wasn't told to me. They wavered the fee. I then used them for my salon. He put in pipes too small for pressure that is needed for a salon using chemicals and he did not put the pipe in with an incline so that it would drain. The pipe clogged. I had two new companies come over and both told me the same things were done wrong. After calling and talking to Mr. Lindsey several times and he stating he would come over i gave up. He stop answering calls and text. He never showed up to fix the problem. I have to replace the pipes he installed. I did not want to go to court. I support black businesses on a regular. This was so unprofessional and sad.
