My air conditioning went out on the hottest of days recently - thankfully Mr Martin & his a/c knowledge and experience, were able to have me up & running and at a very competitively priced cost. 5 starts isn't enough for them but it's the most we can give here ...

Technician was able to repair my garbage disposal. He was pleasant prompt, and was out of here in 15 minutes. The price was right I do use them again.

Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Glad to see that the Z Line is growing in size and continues to maintain their high quality and professionalism. I recently had an issue where I could not shut off my shower. Melissa took the time to describe what I was seeing and how it worked so I could make the repair rather than sell me expensive emergency plumbing services for something that ended up being relatively simple. It is rare to find a company that would spend the time to calm a customer down and help them rather than take advantage of the situation for more money.

Great service from office staff to techs. The office manager was friendly, empathetic, and helpful. The tech installed a new faucet that we provided on our bathroom sink and repaired our older toilet. Both work like a charm.
