Called Atomic at about 5:45 on Friday night because our hot water heater had water coming out of the pressure pipe steady for almost an hour. Mylissa answered the phone and was very helpful and said someone could be out in an hour. Jimmy P. arrived in about an hour. Examined the issue and stopped the water coming from the pressure relief. We decided to replace the 13 year old water heater in stead of just fixing the issue and waiting for another to develop. Jimmy P. said he would be back out with the new water heater at 8:00 on Saturday morning. He was on time and ready to go. He jumped right into getting things done while Javier G. was on his way with the new water heater. Jimmy P. and Javier G. did a great job doing the removal and install and worked great together. Best part of this was the pricing, I like the flat rate charge by the job, not by the hour. I found their pricing to be very reasonable!! Great job done by Atomic, Jimmy P., Javier G., and Mylissa!! You'll get our business again.

We had another plumber company to come out and do some simple plumbing repairs and they flaked out on us. We than called a few different companies to come out and no one could for 2 to 3 days, however when we called Tidewater they came out within less than a hour and did a great Job I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIDEWATER THEY ARE GREAT!

Awesome experience from start to finish. I had a leaking turn off valve behind the my water heater and my go to guy retired so I needed someone new. I found them. My email request was answered quicker than I expected. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Mike arrived early and was very pleasant and informative. After explaining my issue, he talked me thru what he was gonna do. He nailed it. Leak was fixed and Mike was on his way before my appointment time. I even had him take pics for a quote for more work I need done. With such friendly, knowledgeable people who are very prompt and provide affordable service, there's no need to go anywhere else. Mike Green did a very fine job for us. He was highly responsive to our needs for a set of small repair jobs, including getting an exterior door to align properly, reattaching a bathroom towel rod that was falling down, and installing three light fixtures (two indoor and one outdoor). I especially appreciated his willing to come out to our home and look at all of the jobs that needed to be done; giving us a price quote based on the work (and not by-the-hour); and then giving us a list of things we needed to go and buy. Once I had purchases the needed items at the hardware store, I set up an appointment for him to come and get the work done. We already have plans for other work he will be doing for us in the springtime.

We were going to replace our toilet ourselves, pulled up the old toilet to realize the floor was unlevel and our flange was broken. Called precision plumbing.
We were assured the unlevel floor wouldn't be an issue as they use rubber shims and the toilet will not rock or they will come fix it for a year. Made an appointment between 2-4 on Friday, May 8th. At 11:53, my husband received a text stating the plumber would arrive within 10 minutes. We were both at work- I had to rush home. The plumber started work at 12:15 and was packed up, writing an invoice by 12:40.

Later that day, I notice the toilet is rocking so badly you can hear water sloshing on the inside when you stand up. I then notice scratches leading up to the toilet on the floor I had installed less than 24 hours prior. At this point I am highly upset and call the company. The tech that returned my call literally blew my mind. The first words from his mouth were that my toilet was rocking because my newly installed floor wasn't level. The flooring is peel and stick tile and did not alter the profile of the floor. Nonetheless, we were assured that their shims would prevent this. As far as I can tell, the first person didn't even install shims. This guys fix was to install plastic shims (not rubber as mentioned before) and poorly caulk around the toilet- it's bad. When he got caulk on his hand he reached into the toilet water to rinse it off. I was told on more than one occasion a manager would follow up with me on Monday. I have received no contact a day later. Reconsider hiring precision if you desire a good finished product.

We have used Mr. Dodd for over 30 years because we can always rely on excellent service. He has completed several HVAC jobs for us during that time. With her pleasant manner, she does a thorough job getting detailed information about the HVAC problem. When Mr. Dodd arrives, he has a base of information to assess the problem. He then prepares a detailed work order including the material needed to complete the job, the amount of time to complete the job, and the cost.

Over the years, Mr. Dodd has replaced an entire HVAC system in an older house we owned, completed a tune-up on an existing system (several times), replaced just a part of an HVAC system rather than the whole system, and this week, replaced a gas hot water heater for our home.

Several years ago, Mr. Dodd hired his grandson as an assistant. The two work as a great team. So, when you call Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the same team arrives to do the job every time.

Our latest plumbing problem had the team arrive, check the type of water heater needed, and locate where the water heater was in the house. The Dodd team was back in a short period of time. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and hauled the old water heater away. From start to finish, the job was completed in a timely fashion.

When Mr. Dodd left to purchase a new water heater, he could have easily stopped at a nearby Big Box store. Instead, he went to a wholesaler and purchased a higher quality water heater at a much lower price.

The two installers Brent and Joe did an excellent job installing the outside ac unit and the one in the attic. They were professional and showed a great deal of concern with keeping me updated on the installation process. They put down drop cloths when they arrived to keep the carpet and floor cleaned.. They were informative and answered all my questions during the process and had a great attitude considering both of them were working under extreme summer temperatures. I am glad I decided to use Guy Smith after my last few years of dealing with another well known company that only cared if you were one of their “club members.” I will never go back! Thank you again Brent and Joe . Also, I want to give a shout out to Kevin the service tech that made me realize a new ac unit was needed. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was honest about the options I had to remedy the issues with my ac unit. Each of you truly are professionals that care about providing a great customer service experience. Thank you!!

Made an appointment with them online last Thursday for first available for Friday for my heating system. I received a text saying that a technician will be contacting me soon. I called them Friday at 10am because I haven't heard from them and I had to provide them all the information that I provided them online when I made the appointment. They told me that they will page a technician. About 2pm I called back because I still haven't received a call and I had to re-enervate all the information again and then she said she will be texting the technician and I should hear back soon. By 6pm I still didn't hear anything from the technician I called and had to re-enervate all the information (address, phone number, problem, name ect) and asked them if they could give me a time frame on when they could come check out the heating system the lady on the phone told me she couldn't provide me with a time-frame and I asked her if she could at least provide me the day so I can make sure someone is home she said she couldn't provide that to me, but that I am on the list. I ended up canceling my appointment by Monday because I still didn't hear anything from them and made another appointment somewhere else and they came out the same day. I just wished they would of told me it would be dayyys until someone would contact me because I would of made my appointment with another company and could of had my heating system looked at on Friday.
