My a/c system needed to be replaced. I called an air conditioner company (I won’t name) & knew I was not going to use them based on the unprofessional tech & trainee that came out. The invoice they had sent the next day via email was 4 lines long asking for a ridiculous amount of money. I was worried because the weather is getting warmer. I was referred to Guy Smith by my daughter’s handyman.I called Guy Smith & they sent Phil out to me the same day within 2 hrs. Phil was professional & thorough. He made sure I had a clear understanding of the entire process & he followed up immediately in writing (with photos) via email of everything discussed. The installation techs came the next day & installed my new system. Joshua & Jarrod did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, & cleaned up behind themselves too. I am pleased that I chose this company & would definitely recommend them to friends & family. Thanks for taking care of our home.

Overly expensive will not use just need simple hook up had ruff in inspection passed wanted to replace what I have done and charge $4190.00 crazy

Terrance Collins with Roto-Rooter came out to uninstall/reinstall a kitchen faucet for us and despite a few extra curricular hurdles did a fantastic job! Added bonus, he did great with my cat constantly bothering him!

Great experience! Called at 8am. Water heater leaking. Said they would be there between 4-6pm. Jeronmy said he had some free time and came early, around 10:30. Had to replace old water heater. A little pricey, but it was worth it. Jeronmy is a great representative of this company. Knowledgeable and polite. Would use them again. Thank you A1 Sewer and Drain.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. I wasted my Saturday waiting for the plumber that never came. They were supposed to come 9-11 am, I even called at 9 am to verify. At 11:30 I called them and they said they'd be here before 1pm. At 1:30 I called again and they said show within 90 minutes. Never. Showed. Up. I called them again and they didn't seem the least bit apologetic, they just kept saying that their guys were at different jobs and would come to my house next.

Todd was very courteous and stayed in communication through the whole process. You can see the pride he takes in his jobs. Highly recommend for any plumbing jobs needed.

Overall professional, amazing personality and gets it done right the first time after dealing with 3 years of inexperienced plumbers

I called this company out to fix a clog somewhere in my system the water from the upstairs toilet and shower was flowing into the downstairs toilet and shower causing an overflow. They ran the equipment through the pipe and said that the problem was fixed. They asked me to flush the toilet in my bedroom to see if it was running smoothly. The toilet did not run over.

Now, the way that this problem was discovered is my 30 y.o son came to visit, 2 months later, and used the upstairs shower and the sa.e problem occurs. I don't go upstairs because of back issues, so I would not have discovered there was still an issue. Mind you, no one ever came into the house to check out the issue to make sure it was repaired, even when I asked someone to check it. I called today and the receptionist/scheduler tells me the repair is out of warranty and I will have to pay another $150.
What bothers me the most is that this company advertises tas believers, but does not stand by their work. Would Jesus want us to treat our fellow man this way? I don't think so. Jesus would ask that we do all work as unto God and to right our wrongs. Hence, if the problem still exists, it was never fixed!

David came to my home for a clogged air conditioning drain clogged and taught me how to clear it myself in the future. Grateful ! A++++
