They have been a huge help, The techs were great too. Very professional and honest. We could not be happier. I highly recommend them. Make Atomic your first call.....don't make the mistake we did!

We had Z Line replace 2 storm doors, fix a sidewalk, replace 2 stair banister spindles and replace all locks and hardware on an exterior door. I called A1after reading reviews on line. I had a leaking water heater.The young lady I spoke to told me they could have someone out the next day. I inquired about cost and she quoted me a amount for the unit and 2 hours labor. Unfortunately the labor was 5 hours, which was a great deal more then I had been quoted. The workman that did the work was quite diligent in getting the job done, however he was not very careful concerning the carpet and walls . I was upset concerning the dramatic change in cost and the mess that the workman made. I called the company and shared my complaints. The next day a manager came out and sat down and explained why it took so much longer then I was originally quoted. He showed me the price tier for heating units and why mine was so much more then an average unit. He also told me they would have someone contact me to clean the carpet and clean the walls. I was contacted that afternoon by a carpet service and scheduled a time to come out and take care of the problem. They came out and did a beautiful job. The walls were taken care of too.After a rocky start to getting my water heater replaced, I am happy to say that I understand the costs and the cleaning issues were dealt with quickly and beautifully .I would recommend A1 to anyone who need these services.

I had a drainage problem. Nick P. was able to diagnose the issue and we discovered that the city point of drainage was the issue by him probing our drainage and determining that we had good flow but it was blocked at the street. We called the city and they quickly took care of the issue.

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.
