The replacing of a bad water heater was wonderful. They were on time and cleared a wider path so they could get the new one in. They removed all parts and other trash before they left. Mr. Ryan D. was great at explaining things and even made a drain to the outside (it was in garage). I would use them again.

These gentlemen are the best around hands down. They have come to my home and gone above and beyond to fix the problems caused by another company. They came at odd hours and in the rain and never complained or lost the smiles on their faces. This company has fantastic customer service, are incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, and are reasonably priced.
They are the only company I will ever use again.

I called Precision yesterday afternoon and Robert came over this morning. I needed to replace an outside hose bib and install a shut-off valve for the hose bib in a very tight spot. He knocked it out fast. More importantly, what a great guy. He was definitely not interested in trying to make the job bigger than it needed to be or looking for other problems. Charged a very reasonable price. Very likable and good communication skills. He is my new plumber and you shouldn't hesitate to make him your plumber too. I have already recommended him to a friend.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! Workers don't communicate. Sink was disconnected to install new countertops. Worker did not report to company that part to garbage disposal was broken. When two new workers came 5 days later to reconnect, they informed me that they could not connect garbage disposal. When I offered to go get the part, they said they would be finished before I got back and if they had to come back the next day, they would charge me. Unfortunately, they had to return twice because I had water leaking under my sink which inconvenience me for 2 days. Neither time did they offer to put the garbage disposal in. Plummers should know what they are doing and should be prepared for most situations. I guess they are more concerned about the number of jobs they can complete and money but not concerned about the customer. Not satisfied at all. Spending more money to get something done that they should have done. Seeking legal counsel

I have a very old house in Norfolk with a difficult plumbing system, to say the least.
I spend over $500 with another company & STILL had issues. JR with Unique plumbing came out today & not only fixed the problem; he gave me helpful hints about how to prevent further issues. He was on time & respectful. I think I found my forever plumber. 😂🙌🏽💪🏽
