I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

Sean and his team helped put me at ease. He answered all of my questions and showed me every step of the repair. I even got same day service which was a huge relief!

I called with an emergency faucet repair, the water wouldn’t stop! This business was extremely responsive and professional and would text updates regularly. Definitely would recommend as they were professional and price was definitely reasonable.

Mike has helped me out twice with home repairs. First, a few months back with a leaky roof. Was here within a day and had it fixed in no time. Second time was today. Had some voltage drops intermittently. Was here same day, changed out some bad breakers and haven't had an issue since. On top of being quick and professional, he is transparent with his prices! You won't find service at this price anywhere else!

My water heater died last weekend and Mike hooked me up with Joe. Joe came out that afternoon and installed a water heater that same night! Even let him me help and explained everything that he was doing. I have an older house so it was a challenging install, but he still got it done all for under $1000.

Very professional. Kem troubleshooted and diagnosed the issue with our AC units within seconds of his arrival. He knew what was wrong by listening to the unit. I have members of my family back in Alabama that work in the HVAC field; they are very good at it but Kem is above them. Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! We were refereed to this company by Home Depot and we were truly surprised at the absolute lack of professionalism. After some voicemails and some phone tag I had the displeasure of dealing with their HORRIBLE “answering service” . This service advised me at 6pm that this business is still open until 7pm BUT they could not connect me, the would not tell me their name, OR the name of there “answering service” and a supposed manager HUNG UP ON ME. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE.
