Thanks to Atomic plumbing,once again, for the great service. They did the work to find cleanout port for my home, and the city blowout port. They helped me gather the evidence needed to verify a problem that the city needs to address. Scott and Joey were courteous and very professional. I will definitely recommend this company to colleagues and will use them again in the future.

We had Philip McIntosh as our maintenance man. He was very professional, very pleasant and efficient. He clearly explained the problem, the service require, even potential problems that may come up in the future. It was a minor issue, but he was in and out within the hour. Would rate 14/10. Prompt service. Polite employees and agreeable prices. The technicians took care to place tarps to protect our carpets as well as to explain what they were doing during each step. The repair was done efficiently and the technicians took considerable care to clean up. We will definitely recommend to both family and friends.

Worst Experience. First appointment cancelled on same day and wasted my time and issued me $25 off on next appointment for which they charged me next week scheduled appointment $295 for 50 minute for job not completed. Tech said there is too much noise out on road and can not perform leak detection and left in 50 minutes. Tech even said he fix the issue without detecting leak and will bypass the water line and will charge me $3000( Three Thousand dollars) and will take care of it immediately. I hardly had done 1 star review. I think this time I had no choice.

The dispatcher was great at keeping me updated on when a technician would be out. The technician, Lemar, was very professional and helpful.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

Todd was friendly and professional. He set an appointment and called me when he was on his way. He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside. Todd has a vast knowledge and he educated this first time home owner on a few plumbing and heating areas. His pricing is very fair and reasonable.
