Discovered I had a leak behind my wall. Called Atomic Plumbing. They had a plumber out in less than an hour. Found and fixed the leak quickly. Very happy with the service they provided.

This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. I am pregnant and they really wanted to make sure my AC was working correctly and before they left. I will never, not call this company when I need some help! Thank you Mr. Dodd and family!!

A-1 was great from the moment I initially talked to them. They fixed the broken pipe same day and explained the problem and made recommendations. We ended up repiping the house. Greg was great. He's one of the nicest and hard-working people I have ever met. He's takes great pride in his work. If I ever need any plumbing work in future, A-1 will be the folks I call!

John Newman and his crew came out on a short notice and solve my problem and no time they did an excellent job very clean courteous and polite. I will recommend them to anyone and we use them again. They Rock prices were really reasonable considering I had another plumber come out and quote me about $800 more and told me it was going to take two or three days to do the job when his guys took care of it in about a half a day. Waste of time, and over charges with out fixing your problem. We had a grinder problem. Jim came out after spending $895 for the bucket to be pumped out and paying him $750. He could not tell us what the issue was, came back the second day and wanted to put a new system in. Said it would take 8 weeks and cost $17,000. We had to pay him $450 for that day. He is yet to call us back a week later. We called another company that came out and fixed the issue in 30 minutes and cost us $525. Please don't waste your time calling this man. He is a fraud and only wants your money.

Pat and Virginia are extremely professional. Not only Do they do things in a timely manner but they give out fair and affordable rates. There was a time when we had a leak with our hard water tank at six in the morning. We called Pat and he was right on his way to help with the emergency we really appreciate there business and professionalism.

I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!

I have used Betty’s Plumbing twice. Once to replace most of the bathroom and kitchen faucets and toilets in my house, and the other time when a pipe broke. They are knowledgeable and honest.

While the fixes haven't been tested yet - we will see on a super hot or very cold day here soon, our technician Jake came up with a couple different solutions for us. We obviously went with the lower cost solution in the hopes that this will solve our problem. Jake was communicative, on time and cleaned up after his work. So far so good.
