My kitchen sink started backing up & was taking forever to finally drain. I remembered my mom using this company to fix the leaky toilet a couple years ago so she forwarded their information to me & once again, they did not disappoint! I called this morning & they gave me a time frame of between 12 & 2pm & Michael arrived at about 1pm. He was able to unclog & flush the kitchen sink drain & also replace the wax ring on the toilet in the hall bathroom all within about 30 minutes or less. Both are now operating like new! Cecilia's Home Repairs are definitely my go to! If you're thinking about hiring them for a big job or even just simple maintenance, I promise you will not regret it! This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. We normally used Smith and Keene, but they weren't able to schedule us until after Guy Smith, who found a way to squeeze us in earlier than initially scheduled. Technician found and repaired an issue that has been going on for awhile and not found by other service providers. Now our AC has worked the best it has in years. We highly recommend Guy Smith!

I know Rob the owner, great guy. He uses the latest technology and tools, very impressed.

Not sure where all the great reviews came from. After explaining two jobs and complicated circumstances, they put a hole in the bathroom wall before notifying tenant or owner, without an estimate. Getting the other job started was delayed, then they didn't return calls for over a week, so no showed on the appointment the following week when the owner was unavailable. At the quoted $250 an hour, one would think the process would be much more professional.
