this review was edited after owner contacted me.The technicians came with in an hour of me calling and were polite, friendly, cleaned up after themselves. After telling some co-workers about my experience they told me i was charged way to much. After leaving a somewhat negative review, I was contacted by the owner who put my concerns of, paying way to much, to ease. I still feel that they are on the pricey side but they do quality work and stand by that work with an excellent warranty. ( I had a water heater installed)

After Price right plumbing could get the job done due to lack of alternative services, CHR came in to save our day. We could of saved us hundreds of dollars in the first place and now we know who to make our first choice! Mike was very helpful and CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS! He made sure we knew what to do and how to preserve the work to maintain a good running plumbing system.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Robin called me back quickly came out to my house on time. He had a positive attitude and left my bathroom cleaner than what it was when he got there. I highly recommend Robin with Bay Breeze Plumbing.

I called A1after reading reviews on line. I had a leaking water heater.The young lady I spoke to told me they could have someone out the next day. I inquired about cost and she quoted me a amount for the unit and 2 hours labor. Unfortunately the labor was 5 hours, which was a great deal more then I had been quoted. The workman that did the work was quite diligent in getting the job done, however he was not very careful concerning the carpet and walls . I was upset concerning the dramatic change in cost and the mess that the workman made. I called the company and shared my complaints. The next day a manager came out and sat down and explained why it took so much longer then I was originally quoted. He showed me the price tier for heating units and why mine was so much more then an average unit. He also told me they would have someone contact me to clean the carpet and clean the walls. I was contacted that afternoon by a carpet service and scheduled a time to come out and take care of the problem. They came out and did a beautiful job. The walls were taken care of too.After a rocky start to getting my water heater replaced, I am happy to say that I understand the costs and the cleaning issues were dealt with quickly and beautifully .I would recommend A1 to anyone who need these services.

Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.
