Mike and Russ did a fantastic job repairing our drywall and plaster surfacing after we removed a wall between our dining and living room. They were extremely professional and courteous, very nice men and would highly recommend them! Can’t tell there was ever a hole!

Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Everyone seems nice but it's extremly expensive to get the most basic stuff done. Paid $270 for someone to auger our shower drain pipe only to find out the smallest auger he had couldn't fit through the p-trap . So he kept trying for a good 20mins and still nothing. Nothing fixed but still have to pay. Our only option he explained was to pay another $290 for a separate camera person to come out another day! So we're looking at additional fees for another person on top of that to come out and fix, if any, issues the camera man finds as well! How does this equal good customer service? They're just here to rob people. Our drain pipes were all replaced last year and now I'm being told there's a good chance I'll have to crack open my slab again, before even talking about options?! NO THANK YOU! Stay away if you value honesty and clear guidelines to what they will do for you when they actually show up. Will deter friends and family from this company for as long as I live. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was upfront with the person that came out in a respectful manner, I just want others to be informed as well.

I had a drainage problem. Nick P. was able to diagnose the issue and we discovered that the city point of drainage was the issue by him probing our drainage and determining that we had good flow but it was blocked at the street. We called the city and they quickly took care of the issue.

Called on Saturday around noon, emergency rates applied, but he called 20 min out as he was on another call and was here in one hour from my appt made. Professional, courteous, and cleaned up behind himself. Have used Co. Before and very happy with the jobs performed. Thank you

Todd came and disassembled my garbage disposal carefully that I wanted to to take out and put a drain in. He did a great job! And he cleaned up after. He is an honest plumber that gets the job done efficiently and takes pride in his work. He is now my go to plumber. He’s friendly and has stellar communication. His prices are reasonable.

If I could have rated zero stars I would. Way too long of a story to ho into detail but they quoted $3-8 thousand dollars and invoiced us for over $11 thousand dollars but won't or can't explain why it went over. I know they billed for more equipment than was there and charged us for removal of a vanity that was never removed as evidenced by their own photos. Stay away from this company.

Highly recommend using Quality Plumbing for any HVAC/AC problems you may have. They are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and the pricing is reasonable. I will definitely use them for any future needs that may come up.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

On 8/7/15 my down stairs tube and shower was leaking so I call A-1 American and they told me it would be about 2 hours before they could get someone to my home. But that was not the case a man name John showed up within one hour after I made the call and when John got to my house he not only made me feel at ease my hole family felt at ease. Thank you John you are truly a God sent person and your Mother should be proud of you, Thanks again A-1 American.
