A1 Plumbing and their technician Ben were great. I recieved a text confirming the appointment and Ben called with his ETA.
Not only did he replace my kitchen sink and faucet but fixed my slow running kitchen hot water.

Very prompt, arrived on time, and took care of my issue. However, the tech himself was not very clean. He removed the clog in my drain, but left disgusting black water and goop all over my wall and floor. He also said I may want to replace my piping, but offered no solution for it. It may have just been the plumber, but from this experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

Jim Bertolino & Son plumbing was wonderful! We had a plumbing issue and he came out same day! He was prompt and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend. We will definitely be using them again for any of our plumbing needs! Do not call A1 or Roti-rooter. This company is the one to call. Do not make the mistakes we have made before.

Last night at 3am we noticed out kitchen was raining. My husband cut two holes in the kitchen ceiling and narrowed down the problem to one of the bathrooms. Called Tony Costa and he was here within 15 minutes. And 10 minutes later BOOM, leaked fixed! And a very reasonable rate. I recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. I am always a big supporter of small businesses that are here locally.
