While another business wanted to charge me vital organs for an emergency worthy job (that they couldn't even get to for a week), Precision Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was at my home in less than an hour of me calling, and cost me a fraction of what the other business wanted. Kenny was our awesome plumber, he was polite, tolerant of the drama that is my life, and did all he could to ensure a successful problem removal while maintaining a low cost. That doesn't mean he did a shotty job, no. Kenny ended up ripping out my whole toilet to get it done and I still have all my organs intact!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Super nice guys! They were able to fit me in on the same day I called, despite a busy day for them. Now my toilet doesn't gurgle and my washing machine drain doesn't overflow! Also very reasonably price compared to competitors.

Joshua came out on a warm Saturday evening around 8:30 because for several days our AC has not cooled effectively. it would not get below 74 and was humid in our house. We have a contract with Guy Smith to do annual maintenance on our system which they installed 4-1/2 years ago. Their service and people are always very professional, prompt, and conscientious. Joshua checked the system in the attic for leaks and checked our condenser outside. He said it was a little more than a pound low on coolant so he got it topped off. He stayed until we were satisfied even though he had already had a long day. The house feels cooler now and we are glad to be with Guy Smith and their team!

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Lamont from A1 was able to come out to repair the leaking plumbing within 24 hours of calling for service. He was a pleasure to have do the work. He offered suggestions for any problems I might have in the future. I would reccomend them for anyone that needs plumbing service fast.

Sewage back up in the house is never cool. They came the same day and not only did an excellent job, but called the city for us to relay with certainty that the problem was not on our end. Their rates were affordable, the guys were super helpful, and we will absolutely call again if we have other issues.
