Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

From my initial phone call with Jordan in the office through the entire process and repair by, this problem couldn't have been handled more professionally. The were responsive and immediately took care of the problem. In less than an hour of my initial call, Ben arrived and identified the problem and had it fixed in about 40 minutes. Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

I have found plumbers for life in Coast Plumbing! As long as I live in the Norfolk area I will call Coast for anything I need. We knew we needed our main sewer line replaced from the house to the street and got many estimates. Not only was Coast fairly priced, but they recognized the urgency of our fix and were able to begin work very quickly. Tim and Doug are such friendly guys who take the time to explain what they’re doing, which made me feel so much better about such a big project. Coast Plumbing is an all-around great company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs the job done well!

These guys are pros . They don’t charge you by the hour. They have flat rates. The guy coming to your place been doing it for twenty years or more. They just did a job for me that would’ve cost me $400 if I went through someone else. They did it for much less. These guys are great.
