Jimmy P was punctual, introduced himself when he arrived, and did all work as promised. I was very pleased to be able to get a water heater installed the morning after I called for service. Jimmy even found another problem and fixed that too! Everything was cleaned up before they left and you would never have known they were there.

Their response time was amazing and they communicated with me throughout the entire process. The electrician, Steven, arrived promptly at the appointment time and was efficient and polite. Based on a friend’s recommendation, I contacted Z Line to get an estimate for installation of grab bars in our Main shower. I already had an estimate from another company but wanted a second opinion. I do most of the small projects on my house but wasn’t comfortable drilling into my tile shower walls for fear of ruining some beautiful tile work. Z Line sent Michael Bein to give me an estimate and to do the work if we accepted the written estimate.
Mike looked the job over, talked about how he would install the bars without risking my tile and then gave me an acceptable estimate.
He was very courteous and professional, plus confident and made my wife and I comfortable that he could do the job correctly. The job was completed perfectly! I’ll certainly use him again if needed and I’m recommending Z Line for anyone that needs handyman services. They do a myriad of small jobs and can schedule a timely estimate.

They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again.
