Sean was able to show up on our doorstep a few hours after I called. He arrived and with the precision of a surgeon, he diagnosed, removed and replaced the parts of my toilet that were worn. Not only was he fast, but like a well seasoned perfectionist, he quadruple checked his work to be sure the performance and water levels were precisely where they should be!
As he left, he noticed some debris that was brought in from outside and he cleaned it away!! He explained everything he charged for and submitted an invoice that was surprisingly affordable. Beyond happy!! Thank you Sean!! I will be passing out your cards to all my new neighbors and friends.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Excellent fast service for a water heater replacement. I was happy to patronize this vet owned business. Owner is very experienced, responsive and knowledgeable.

Totally failed to show up first time I booked them. Showed up late the 2nd time. Wanted $289 for each faucet install! That's like $600/hour! and i'm left with a $98 call out charge when i said no thanks, I think I'll just google it...

Zach came out and was very thorough with how to install the whole home water filtration system. He had installed other brands but not the one we bought (AquaOx). He took his time reading over the instructions, viewing the brands videos on their website and coming up with a plan to install it as well as update some of our outdated features. He was very professional, friendly and understanding when I was concerned or explained what he thought would be best. We have decided to move forward with A1 for the installation and are exited to have our whole home water filtration system up and running soon.

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

I have needed them on more than one occasion. They will be my first choice when I’m in need again. They got my problems resolved quickly.
