They are a very busy company. The plumber got tied up with a previous job, but their supervisor came to my house and started the job for them. How many supervisors do that? Not many or none at all. That impressed me. The plumber arrived and completed the work. I give them 5 stars. I have had a horrible experience with my previous plumbers. A1 has restored my confidence back to the plumbing companies. Thank You Jesus.

My insurance company recommended that I hire this company because of persistent wet stains that are showing up on my condo ceilings. The technician came out and eye-balled the areas with some of his equipment for about 40 minutes. In the end he concluded he couldn’t “recreate the problem.” He suggested I hire a plumber to determine the cause of my leaks. I asked for a written report to share with my condo board and insurance company and never received one. There was no follow up and I still don’t know the cause of my wet and stained ceilings.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

Going into Home Depot and I see this truck zooming in right into a handicapped spot. No plaque placed saying they can park there, not on the tag and on top of that they aren’t even in the spot all the way!

Very professional, fast, courteous and a great value for all the work that they had to do under my sink, unclogging my kitchen sink and also replacing a pipe!!! Will be using them again in the near future with 2 other plumbing problems we have. All my pipes are down in a cement slab, and we have galvanized steel pipes, so you can imagine what my problems are in a 58 year old home!! Highly recommend them!!!

I continue to be impressed with the services Reddi offers. I had a second floor toilet leaking which damaged our ceilings below. I called Reddi and had a licensed plumber, Ryan Wise, out assessing the problem in about an hour. Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained three possible scenarios regarding a fix which included prices. He found the problem quickly and went out of his way to help save me a lot of money. I sure appreciate all his extra effort and professionalism. Within a couple of hours from my initial call I now have our toilet working again and I feel confident the repair will last for many years.
