Once a year or two, I order a gallon of Pipe Shield from Roto-Rooter, we've been doing this for many, many years. Never had a back up, since using this product. Easy to use, and only once a month. We have used Blessings Plumbing in Virginia Beach several times in the past 5 years or so.
First time was a foundation shift under our home resulted in broken / bent sewer lines needing to be repositioned and strengthened. Also had to rebuild the adjacent toilet flange arrangement, due to that foundation shift. It has worked perfectly since then.
Then, we moved our (tank) water heater from the kitchen to a tankless water heater in the attic. HVAC guys had run too light of a gas line when they moved the furnace to the attic. The Blessings plumber immediately recognized that problem and corrected the line to the proper diameter to allow for the greater flow need for both those appliances in the attic. Their installation was very neat and clean. I love having an endless hot water shower!
Most recently, my parent's condo had a toilet backup multiple times over the course of a few months. Each time I called them, they were there as quickly as needed. Even on a FRIDAY NIGHT! My father is in in-home hospice right now, and having his toilet functional is critical to him being able to stay out of hospitals or nursing homes. It was unusual for a toilet to clog these few times in such a short period. The first time, I was able to clear it myself. The next two time required their professional touch. Each time they had to remove the toilet from the floor to snake the drain, they reinstalled and cleaned up after the work completed; it looked as if they hadn't even been there. The problem was eventually traced to the sewer line beyond their building, with at least 3 separate breaks / shifts in that line, which was catching the stuff being flushed and causing a back up. They had the right equipment. A 100 foot plus drain snake, and a 100 foot plus camera to find and mark the trouble spots on the surface. When the utilities were dug up, their marks on the surface were directly over the sewer line faults, that were at least 4 FEET BELOW the ground!
Could you find a plumber for a cheaper price? Yes. Would you have the confidence in knowing it is fixed correctly? Probably not. Each service call with Blessings Plumbing has absolutely been worth the price. They are professional. They know what they are doing. AND, they do it right.
I am impressed with Craig Blessing and all his crews that have taken care of me and my family over the years. (They are who I call to take care of my own parents.) I recommend them every time one of my friends ask about plumbers.
I WILL use them for my future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Bertolino plumbing have done multiple jobs for me from removing a stubborn clog to a large diagnostic problem which they figured out was old pipes that needed to be replaced. They are quick to schedule a visit. I have only waited a day before the scheduled visit. Professional, good quality and value. They figure out the problem and work until the problem is resolved.

Emergency service took 2 days but they did not have what they needed to clear my drains for another day. Called someone else as my business was already closed for a day.

Brian was extremely patient took his time and fixed the problem. I will definitely use company again in the near future.

I highly recommend Tony. He looked at the shower diverter and 2 bathroom sink faucets. He took his time and found that the items did not need repair or replacement at this time. Tony also looked at my water heater and it too did not need replacement. I paid a nominal service charge and received piece of mind! I highly recommend calling Tony and Son for any plumbing issues you may have.

David provided great service was knowledgeable and made quick work of installing a new hot water heater as well as fixing a sump pump we didn't realize had gone out. I have used Betty’s Plumbing twice. Once to replace most of the bathroom and kitchen faucets and toilets in my house, and the other time when a pipe broke. They are knowledgeable and honest.

Service very slow and prices high. But they finally resolved the problem.

Alex, Javier and the other good men on the Star Rooter crew did an efficient job of replacing our broken sewer pipe using their trenchless system. It was a big project but they kept us informed of their progress. They even worked well past dark one evening.

This project uncovered the urgent need to repipe our 1940's house from corroded galvanized pipe to all copper. Good to know our water is now traveling through the new and correct type of pipe.

While I would not wish either project on anyone, I can recommend using Star Rooter and Plumbing for these urgent needs. THANKS ALEX!

To say we are beyond disappointed is an understatement. You trust your home owners warranty company and the contractors they send out to you to fix your home problems and it turns out that they just lie about situation. Jason from TCP Plumbing company came out and tried to fix our leak that we had downstairs from our upstairs shower and he did a quick fix only to have it leak again 3 weeks later. He came a second time, looked at it again and in less than 5 mins said that he didn’t know where the leak was coming from and he would have to contact the home warranty company and ask permission to get into the ceiling. He left only to have the home warranty office email us 2 wks later to tell us our claim was no longer going to be covered because the plumber said it was an improper install and he couldn’t do anything about it. Little did he know that we had his whole conversation on camera and were able to capture exactly what he said and turn it into the home warranty office to reopen our claim and send a second company. He blatantly lied about the whole situation and to say he is unprofessional is putting it mildly. Unprofessional and just plain lacking in the skill need in his “profession.” We do not recommend Jason or this company at any cost!
