This is the second time in 4 years that we have called Roto-Rooter for kitchen pipe problems. The first time was in 2008. Our tech found the problem pretty quick, the cast iron pipes in the walls had corroded pretty bad and had to be replaced. We were very happy with the service we received. Fast forward to this past week...we started seeing water come up from the foundation under the kitchen sink area. Called RR on a Sunday morning and even though they were pretty backed up they got a tech out to us later that evening. Long story short--The rest of the kitchen line UNDER the house was going to have to be replaced due to corrosion. We were given options and pricing right up front. In my opinion Roto-Rooter is one of the few companies around who truly care about customer service and satisfaction and we will continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs!

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

Absolutely 5 stars. Our condo association had an emergency and after being told it would be a week by 3x other plumbing companies, Dan came out within 45 minutes of calling and got us repaired properly. Can’t recommend Rob Bertolino Plumbing enough!!

Came out for a last minute call. Did great work quickly and competently!

The fix to my problem was complete and efficent. Going from a saddle valve to a compression, turn supply stop not only fixed my problem but will allow me to turn the water supply to my refrigerator off quickly if the need to do so arrises. I think the fix looks more professional than the saddle valve.

Rhonda was able to make an appointment for the next day to have a water leak fixed. Rhonda was professional and courteous.

I was a little worried reading other reviews but Jason was great. He got us scheduled in a timely manner, called and gave us updates on his arrival times, and made sure he gave us all the information and maintenance schedule for our new water heater.
