Scott P, Joey, and Scott M Did the best plumbing work I've ever seen done. 78 years old and I've been a plumber in my younger days. Again, I have never seen better work.

I called Cecilia's Home Repair a little after 8 a.m. and the technician, Michael, was at my house in an hour. He was fast and knowledgeable and took his time to explain the issue. The fee was half the amount my previous plumber quoted. I would definitely recommend their company!

Once again, these guys saved the day for me. I had no water in the house due to a broken outside faucet gushing water. With no local cutoff valve I had to turn the water off at the street. I called Precision and they took great care of me. They got here fast and made the repair, they fixed the other outside faucet at the same time so everything is good to go. Robert even dropped the price because the job didn't take as long as he thought it would. Robert and Paul are rock stars of the plumbing industry, I'll never call anyone else for plumbing issues. They are fast, friendly, fair, professional and know their business. Great guys doing a great job at reasonable rates, what more could you ask for?

Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

I called them and they got back to me that afternoon in regard to the hole in wall behind my sink. They called me the next day with estimate and I accepted it and two days later they fixed it. Did a great job. Very nice people. Will use them again. Very efficient. Very nice.

I thought they were very customer focused. I had gotten two other quotes from companies and they were the only one who followed up with me. The installer was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. My only concern was the price, but they were lower than the other quotes I received.

Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. After thorough assessment he determined thankfully that was not the issue and so relieved! Being a holiday week I was surprised that anyone would even show up, but grateful that he did!

Jim Bertolino is simply the best!!

We awoke with no hot water and called Jim. He was there by noon and diagnosed the problem as a burner control problem on the hot water heater. The heater was still under warranty but when Jim called the manufacturer, they tried to claimed the warranty was void because the installation was not to code. Jim knew better and persevered up thru the manufacturer's management chain until it was resolved in our favor. I am sure that less professional plumbers would have tried to sell us a new heater.

Jim Bertolino Plumbing now has a customer for life!!

Exceptional A+++++! Tony spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me discussing my plumbing issue, requesting pictures he could review, and educating me on certain aspects of my system. He ended up recommending some options that would be more affordable but didn't involve his labor services. I really didn't believe companies like this still existed. Keep up the good work Tony and thank you for your time.

ALI-COR came out within 24 hours and repaired our leak quickly. It has been several months since they have been here and not even a drop. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. Price and customer service is outstanding!!!

We have worked with Reddi for years now. The techs have always been courteous, hard working and know how to do their jobs. I really appreciate that Reddi seems to value their employees, because some of the guys have worked for them a long time.
Jeremy came out first and did as much as he could. We have a very long service line and he needed additional line to be able to finish the job. Adam and Trenton arrived not long after dispatch was called and brought additional line to finish the job. Thank you!
