Had a main line back up on a cold rainy day. I checked google for a reliable plumber and called the first one that came up which was Atomic. Called and talked to DeAnne and she was very helpful. She had Ryan call me and I told him what was going on, he told me he would be here in 15 minutes. 12 minutes later Ryan pulled in and I showed him the problem, he told me the price and I told him to go for it.Ryan had this power snake the likes of which I have never seen before, it not only powered through the clog with no problem he was able to tell me how far down the pipe the clog was to within a couple of feet by the number of sections he used to reach it. To be on the safe side He ran the snake a few feet past the clog which put it just past the city clean out.Both DeAnne and Ryan were courteous and professional and got my problem resolved quickly and at a reasonable cost.I will be recommending Atomic to everyone I know.Hopefully Ryan will be able to take care of others with his wonder snake.

Found a water leak in my cieling at 1130 pm contacted them at 700am and had someone at my house by 1130am. Fixed the issue within 10 minutes and then checked other spots for leaks. There team is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and communicates well. Also the point is great. I cant thank you enough. Its hard to find good people willing to listen and work hard and right.

Michael Green was the contractor hired for our Sheetrock repair. He quoted a fair price from the start. As he walked around the house he found additional points of concern and fixed them as well with no additional costs. His work is of good quality and I would recommend him to friends and family.
One lasting touch, was his request to adjust our front door,as it was catching on the top left portion. He fixes it says thanks for the opportunity for business and leaves the job site.

Tonight me and my three kids are at a hotel room because the owner jack I suppose couldn’t wait ten minutes for me to get fast food for my kids because he turned all my water off and left for two hours to get parts which I had no issue with aside from the fact that we can’t cook, poop, or wash our hands. So as I’m leaving to go right at the corner to get food for my kids from McDonald’s he pulls up and I told him I would be right back and I even called his cell and said it would take ten minutes tops. He then yelled saying he wasn’t waiting I was rude etc? Rude how when I’ve been waiting over two hours with a headache and low sugar and hungry kids because I can’t prepare dinner with no water and I didn’t know when he would return because he ignored my text. I was gonna turn around but he left I thought he would be able to understand I could see if I was going to be long and it wasn’t for food. I waited all afternoon for this man to come to my place from 1pm until 3:00 and then another two hours for him to find parts. All I did was call the rent office asking was there a way for me to turn the water back on they said no so I waited another hour and I decided to make a quick run because I wasn’t sure how long he would be so as I’m pulling off I see him and notify him not wanting to force him to turn the water back on and hold him up from working I decide to make a fast food run for the kids. There was no telling how long it would take to fix the plumbing issue. This man has the absolute most horrible customer service I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but it left me in tears not to mention my land lord was a total evil witch about it and I pay my rent faithfully never been late. This was a horrible experience. I am now at a hotel with my three kids because he refused to come back and turn the water on. He just left I even apologized but he was so cold hearted he didn’t care or reply to the text. My husband is still at work while all this is taking place we have no water to bathe brush our teeth or anything not even cold water. So I had no choice but to spend money I don’t have for a room, last time I checked leaving someone without water is illegal. I’d like to also note when he came to my home I asked him was the temperature ok would he like a water etc and he would turn around and treat me this way. God has the last say

I can see why this place has a very high rating! The guy that came to the house was professional, kind and courteous and very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what the issue was and went right to work, he was in a out in about 30 minutes! Very reasonably priced compared to other plumbing services in the area.They do offer a military discount as well!

These guys are super professional and on point. Fixed my A/C in no time and very reasonable on price. Would definitely recommend colonial.

Everything I was searching for, fast, courteous, competitive pricing. Only way you could tell they were here was by the vehicle outside. No trash or debris to clean up behind them. Highly recommend if your uncertain who to call.

As a response to your sabotage remark. NO I was not a customer of yours because I sent you packing. Your theories on where the lines were were absolutely unprofessional. You wanted to make 3 holes in my wall (one which was in a custom backsplash). You made a snide comment about what I suggested and that's when you were asked to leave. I called another plumber and he asked the year the home was built and found the leak immediately.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!
