I’ve always heard great things about you guys ever since I was first stationed here in 2011. When my laundry room drain flooded I knew who to call. Aron came out got right to business and made sure everything was 100% good and to my satisfaction before he left. My husband and I are a military family so it’s hard to find professionals to trust and Aron 100% took care of the issue in record time and was super knowledgeable. I also really appreciate the Megan reaching out to make sure I knew when he was heading out and to follow up with us afterwards. It shows how much integrity a company has because we know you care! Have not used their services as of today, however they kept me updated on when they will be able to fulfill the appointment. I have chosen to go through my home warranty.

We've been customers for many years. We know we can trust them to do the job right and at a fair price. Their customer service is great, too.

Technician Brian did a great job of getting us up and running in a better way. Three stars is based on the fact that they were supposed to get the job done a day earlier than they did because of a mess up in the office.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a complex problem that took (3) technicians to solve over 2 days and (3) visits. I only got (2) of the technician's names-Chandler Cobb and Leslie Vinson. The third tech was also very good I just neglected to get his name. All were knowledge able very professional. The office communication was clear, accurate and timely. As a female I was grateful for the honesty, integrity and professionalism. They did not try to oversell me. They had me all set fairly quickly and the rate was reasonable. Thank you for hiring such good humans. We need more of this in this world.

Called to address an issue created by another contractor. Technician James was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues without major repair or cost to me.

Arrived early, fixed our leaking faucet quickly, professional and polite. I noticed about an hour later the leak was back, the new part for the faucet was faulty, Brandon picked up another part and came back the same day to fix it. Great value and service!

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.
