Ryan D. has been to my house twice in the past year. Last summer I called Atomic Plumbing on a Sunday night due to a leaking water heater. Ryan arrived first thing the next morning and finished up around 6pm. The job took awhile because plumbing codes have changed a lot over the years and when he finished everything was better than ever.Almost exactly one year later the service line from the street sprung a leak inside a wall in the garage. Within about 30 minutes after speaking with Atomic Plumbing on the phone Ryan was here to look and quote the job. Since I had already exposed the leaking pipe by removing some sheetrock he had the water restored within an hour. I can't say how Atomic pricing compares to other companies. When my water goes down I just want it fixed and don't spend time comparing prices. I do intend to call Atomic Plumbing if there is a next time.q

Me: *long pause* (in disbelief)

Here's the thing: if you can't treat potential customers with a basic level of respect, don't pick up the phone in the first place.

This company right here is who you want to choose. Showed up and got the job done quickly and professionally. Fairest prices I’ve ever seen. Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable about everything. And they are Veteran owned and operated! So military discount was applied to my invoice. 10/10 for sure.

This company is slow and very time consuming. Their employees milk hours, they must get paid hourly. As I am told by many other customers, They never bring proper parts and have to have an employee make multiple trips to their warehouse and back to the job. One couple told me guy smith was at their home from 10am until 9pm that day. They asked the employees if they could come back the following day and the employees said they are told they have stay and finish the job. This couple fell asleep on their couch waiting for this company to leave. Out of 5 customers that used this company because of their false positive reviews all 5 customers said guy smith took the entire day to do a job. If you use this company you can guarantee they will still be clanking away while your at the dinner table with your family.

Cary was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. When we need a plumber, we will be sure to give him a call, directly!

Our tech, Jeremy Balmer was very professional and informative. I know he had a long day of work and we appreciated his flexibility in coming to our home later in the evening since it was the only time that worked for our schedule. He went above and beyond doing the plumbing leak detection to let us know what we can do to improve our water bill and what to look out for. Thank goodness no leak was found, but we learned so much in the hour he was with us. In addition, he even wore booties inside the house! Thank you so much again for your time and expertise! Water Heater: Raymond was very professional and clear in explaining what has to be done, setting realistic expectations. It was a pleasure working with him. He was efficient and was able to later explain where it stood and what might need to be done.Tim followed up and filled in any gaps so we could make an informed decision toward our HVAC system.HVAC Replacement: Bobby, Dylan, Brandon, Matt, and Devon did an excellent job removing the old HVAC and installing the new one. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I knew my home was in good hands.The staff of American Mechanical know what they are doing. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.

I highly recommend calling Rob, Tony and his team. I needed a toilet and sink installation with all new pipes going down to the basement. They did such quick work. Of course, there was an unforeseen issue. Roots in the pipes that prevented the water to flow properly through the house. It caused overflow which was extremely frustrating but they handled that too.
These guys are such gentlemen. So nice, patient and professional. They work with clear communication and are fair with their pricing, which I appreciated so much!

Called and made an appointment to have them come out and look under the house for some leaks our home inspector reported. They said it would be $78.00 for them to come diagnose the problem and that charge would be credited if we proceeded to use them to have it fixed. They came out and when I told the guy the leaks were under the house he sent his partner to check the water meter and spent 10 minutes going through a book trying to find a price ... I told him I was quoted $78 to diagnose the problem. I called A1 and they asked to speak with him. He got off the phone with her and said it would be $350.00 per hour for them to go under the house to see what was going on. I gave him $78 and said no thanks. Will not use A1 again.

The guys that came out were great! Very responsive team and a pleasure to work with!
