Jim is an absolute professional in all ways. He provides amazing customer service at an incredibly reasonable cost. He answers and returns phone calls, shows up on time, provides great work, and is a pleasure to talk to. Even after a few failed attempts in scheduling on my part, and a very busy schedule on theirs, they made repeated attemptsto make an appointment and follow through, going above and beyond what had come to be expected in today's world.

Tony was able to take us in with an hours notice to fix a pipe and leaking toilet. He is super responsive and he took his time. Tony is honest and cares about his customers. Never tried to up sell me anything I would recommend Tony & Son plumbing 110% as they get the job done!

My name is Jerald Edwards if I could give Lindsey brothers negative stars I would. First off they have very poor communication I’ve been calling all week about my heater that they’re supposed to be fixing and I’ve yet to receive a phone call back. I have a family with small children that live in my rental property that has been without heat for almost two weeks. They were supposed to have been done last Thursday but they haven’t done anything yet. Just very unprofessional. One guy just popped up by the house unexpectedly with no call to let the tenant know he was coming. His response was “ I was just in the neighborhood “. If you’re looking for a reliable company do not use Lindsey brothers.

I don't know about the negative comments on here but from my experience with Star Rooter I can only praise. When we got the estimate Juan was thorough and on time. He took care of all the communications with our town's Sanitary District office for permits, and inspections. The work was done in one day, no hiccups or extra cost. Their bid was the best of the bids and he was the only contractor who actually look into the sewer with a camera; all the others did a estimate out of the top of their heads and seem not to be interested in doing the job. I would recommended Star to anyone who is replacing their lateral.
