Best Gas Lines in Virginia Beach VA

Unfortunately, they advertise emergency services/repairs, however, this is not true. We called on 3/19/23 due to our gas hot water heater blowing out on the bottom - water everywhere. Our water to the main heater was not shutting off, so we had to cut the water to our entire home. We also needed help to make sure the gas was cut off correctly. They called us back promptly and were courteous, but their emergency services were not able to come out until sometime the next day. To me, this is not 24/7 service as advertised. We needed someone to come out and help up secure the area until temporarily on 3/19 until they could come out and replace the unit at another time. It is unfortunate, because I have heard a lot of good things about this company.

Called Tony at the last minute for a broken shower valve. He was able to fit me in the same day and repaired it right the first time. His prices are excellent and Tony is a genuinely nice guy. While he was in my home, he gave me advice about some potential problems down the road and how to avoid them as well as identifying a existing problem with my HVAC duct work located near my water heater that I had no idea existed!!! I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone!!!

They were very prompt with scheduling. The plumber they sent out was extremely knowledgeable and very considerate. He even tried to save me money by attempting a quick fix. I ended up going with a more expensive and permanent fix and he did an amazing job. Then he offered a discount since the first attempt was not perfect. I would highly recommend them!

They are inconsistent.
They will come weeks later to finish a job and at times at the end of the day until 9pm. Most likely doing another job, then coming to finish this job, disturbing the rest of the neighborhood.
That being said, it shows unreliability and unprofessionalism. That can reflect poor job performance..
You can interpret that anyway you want it to.
