Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

I had an emergency gas leak in my house and VNG shut me off (good thing). Called Atomic and was up and running in three days. Would have been much sooner if it wasn't for the city inspector. Either way, they're workmanship is legit, their technicians are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you Sean, Zack and Justin!!edit:Had a water emergency late at night and while the cleanup crew was here Jim Miller came in a repaired all the items that need addressed. He was fast professional and constantly talking to his apprentice he had with him. I'm very glad he was here!

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

My wife and I had just purchased a home only to learn two weeks after closing that our water heater was declared unsafe and needed replacing. After calling around for several quotes, the time and empathy Jim took to address our concerns and situation made it clear who we wanted to perform the job. He was BY FAR more engaged, informed on our problem, and knowledgeable about the best resolution for replacing a water heater that had been red tagged by the gas company. The before and after was remarkable. The work was top notch to say the least AND the pricing was amazing to top it off. Within a few minutes of replacing the water heater we were back up and running. There was no more smell and the quality of the worked performed was VERY apparent. Were there were caulked and glued tubes and other make shift worked done previously, we now had an efficient heater that actually looked as well as it worked. The added recommendations to maximize our system and lessen our expenses was just a very nice touch of grace. You can see when someone has a passion for their work and it's abundantly clear that Jim loves his work. I almost gave him a half a star less because I found he was a Yankees's fan, but the guy was just too good of a person to do that to. Lol. Extremely kind, polite, and professional. Was easily one of the best decisions I've made as a consumer. Heavily, heavily recommend. Thank you Jim, sincerely.

Overall professional, amazing personality and gets it done right the first time after dealing with 3 years of inexperienced plumbers

We called ALI-COR to come help us out with a clog at our new building. First I have to say thank you to Brandy she took the call and was very pleasant to speak with. She scheduled the call with Dylan and sent me a appointment reminder for the time. When Dillon showed up he went right to work trying to fix our problem. Within the first 20 mins he found several clogs and suggested we get the jetter to clear the pipe. They brought the jetter out and tried everything to clear it but could not. Fast forward a couple of days and we got a pipe open for them to jet another way. This time they found a rabbit somehow crawled into the pipe and clogged it.

All has been fine until a couple days ago and we backed up again called and Dillon came back out and cleared drain and installed a vent to help with bubbles we were having. All We have to say is this outfit is OUTSTANDING. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

I would give 2.5 stars for A-1 American. It's really the most I can give to be completely fair. I'll start out by saying the work they did was good. They swapped a simple part- not much to it. Now my heat pump fan works again. As for the reason for 2.5 stars; A-1 American was simply the first people to pick up the phone when I was trying to find someone to come out to fix my heat pump fan. They were supposed to come out the next morning between 8-12. They ended up arriving around 2pm. Here's where it gets unsettling. They just did the work without giving a quote or telling me what was wrong. They didn't show us the broken part. They didn't really explain anything. The guy who fixed it made a joke about it being fixed again and then wrote me a ticket. While he was writing it I asked him several times what the cost was going to be and he just kept on with some random story he was telling me about. So finally I just went and got my check book and came out to the shock of a $400 bill for 20 minutes of work. Apparently this is the going rate for this type of repair- which is ridiculous in itself. But now we've tried to call for 4 days to get an itemized invoice and receipt and to let a manger know that they should have their repair men give quotes before doing a job. What was I supposed to do at that point? Tell the guy I wasn't going to pay? I had no choice. He had already done the work. So after 4 days of calling we still have not received a returned call from John- Who knows if John even is a real person but he seems to never be in...

I needed a shower pipe repaired the same day it started leaking. Reddi was the only company that would schedule me for the same day and Frank, my serviceman, was 2 hours earlier than estimated. He was in and out in what seemed like less than an hour. Very professional and courteous.
