I want to thank Technician Sean D. and his associate Paul C. for during an outstanding job replacing some of my plumbing. They arrived on job site at the time promised and quickly determined my problem. They were both very friendly and professional. Sean was very knowledgeable as to what had to be done and made a good job an excellent job with a few tweaks. Atomic Plumbing is lucky to have employees of this caliber.

Sean is very responsive, reliable, knows his stuff, and I trust him. Also....and I think this is so so rare....he is neat with his work. This is so invaluable in my book. He left my kitchen and bathroom cleaner than he found them.

So disrespectful! I found these stickers stuck to our condo building’s elevator. I will never use this company and hope this company never defaces other people’s property again.Update: we’re still finding stickers in our condo association hallway. Why would someone vandalize with their business name and phone number?

Quoted us over $2000 for a problem that another plumber fixed for less than $200.Maybe they misunderstood the problem, maybe they felt they could take advantage of us.Either way...doesn't build trust.Would recommend checking their quotes...or hey, maybe we were a one off and their prices are usually competitive.Now...the two guys that came were polite but I guess if you're looking to overcharge someone significantly ( > 10X) then you should probably kill them with kindness.Not saying they don't do good work as I'm sure they do based on their quotes. But sometimes an acceptable solution at an acceptable price is the best option, and that's what we found going elsewhere.

Jason did a thorough inspection of electrical services needed. He was very professional and he will be coming back to do the work.
Update: Jason M. completed the work for us. He is awesome and did a great job. I definitely recommend him. He is my one & only electrician now!

Quest pipe replacement and upgraded our water heater, and disposal. Also added gas to the kitchen for new stove. Estimate was extremely professional. We had 3 recommendations and Bertolino Plumbing included far more than the others. Technician was considerate, and cleaned up each day. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

First things first, I would highly recommend Jim and his team for any of your plumbing needs.

We just bought a house and found out that the newly upgraded bathroom shower was leaking to the first floor when in use. We called Jim on Saturday and he was able to come to take a look at our problem on Monday. Initial response time was an A+ in my opinion. He was able to find the problem area and offered two courses of action based on what he was able to find upon more detailed inspection. He found the exact problem and educated us on exactly what occurred and how it needed to be fixed (while pointing out some of the shortfalls done by the contractors who renovated it before we bought it).

Jim and his son came back the next day; accommodating our hectic schedule. After a few hours of work and cleanup, he was educating us on what he did, allowed us to inspect his work, and demonstrated that the problem was resolved. Quality of work was an A+ as well. The final result depicted in the picture; the leak was coming from old hardware (not shown) and he replaced with new/upgraded hardware and connections. They cleaned up the work site and ensured we were happy with the results.

The over 30 years of plumbing experience shows in his work and in his explanation of the problem, possible solutions, and Virginia Code. I would HIGHLY recommend Jim and his team. His information is now stored on my phone and if there are any plumbing problems in the future, he will be my first call.

Tony was amazing to work with. He was not only on time but managed to fix my issues quickly and professionally. I will never use any other plumber again. Tony will be my go to for all my needs.

Ryan was on time, friendly and did a great job! After trying several tests he figured out the problem and fixed it cheaply. I appreciated his honesty by not trying to tell me something expensive was wrong that I might not have been able to see for myself. It was a relief to just pay a service call and it didn't take very long at all. I'll use Reddi again without hesitation.

The Lindsey Brothers team took excellent care of us from the very beginning to the very end. We renovated our property and they installed all new plumbing. They did excellent work and were affordable and dependable.
