The air condition in the house quit working last night and it was already 85 degrees this morning in the house. We received a call that Steve would be here in a hour and he showed up and quickly fixed the air condition. I would use this company again. Thanks for the quick service.

Our Water Heater failed and flooded our attic on the weekend. They answered the phone and had someone out the same day. By the next day, we had a new water heater installed and hot water, all over the weekend. They were quick and professional. Justin D answered all my questions and took the time to explain. Eric came out to check out my leaky garbage disposal and was very kind and professional and upfront about the replacement of it. Nice and friendly but geez, very very expensive. $350 for first pound coolant and $180 for every pound after that. $360 an hour to find leak. My neighbor charged me $175 for 6 pounds which he did state was cost. Seems like Smith could have better prices. Think they like to push new stuff which I understand but times are difficult. Previous visits were going to charge me $650 for a $20 capacitor and starter. Went on Internet and bought 2 for $35. Then they said they would charge me $250 to change it which is at max a 15 minute job. Need a new system, good as any but will shop around next time for future visit consideration.

We could not have been more pleased with the work that was done by Raymond and Randon. These gentlemen were professional and worked so hard to fix a serious plumbing issue for us. They were on time, and made sure the work area was cleaned up at the end of their work day. The price was very competitive and we were happy to pay for such excellent workmanship. Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

They were hired by Lowe’s to put my faucet sink , not only did the technician messed up our sink , he also tried to get me to get it fixed by him outside of his company . This company is a joke , if I would of known Lowe’s were gonna hire them for this task I would of not gone through them at all .. save yourselves the headache and don’t hire this company .
