I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

I had my home completely re-plumbed with new water and drain lines and install a new tankless hot water heater for 2 baths, laundry and a new kitchen. Sean and Zach did an outstanding job. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One thing that I noticed was that they both worked well together as a team. Great teamwork! Sean was very meticulous in his work not only for how it functioned but how it looked. They removed all exiting piping and daily left the job site spotless. 9/9/2020 Called today. Got service today. They got done today. Starting from the time I called to the time they left, it was a great experience working with them. Anthony the plumber person they sent out was fantastic. Im still over welmed by how great it all was. I work in the service industry and customer service is hard these days not being to be able to get supplies with everything going on in the world. Im giving them the blue ribbon and five stars from me. I would definitely use them again.

Our bathroom pipes had been clogged and leaking through our ceiling. I loved that they called me when they were headed to my house. When the plumbers arrived they were very sweet. Introduced themselves professionally, and even handled my barking dogs with ease. They quickly figured out the problem and got to work. They didn’t BS the problem and try to do extra work to over charge us. They were very professional but also made some hilarious jokes to brighten up the mood. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.
