The air condition in the house quit working last night and it was already 85 degrees this morning in the house. We received a call that Steve would be here in a hour and he showed up and quickly fixed the air condition. I would use this company again. Thanks for the quick service.

What a great person to lead his crew to put in an attic water heater in 95 degrees temp. and the heat index above 100 degrees. Wow, what a great job. The price was more than I thought, but, that is what happens when you have a 17 year old water heater with a attic ladder opening that was 2 inches smaller then the new EPA regulated water heater. Plus, a badly installed AC unit exhaust ducting that was installed incorrectly. Great catch Jim. Again, what a great job he and his crew did. From start to finish. We had an unfortunate experience with Home Depot's no hassle install after purchasing a new dishwasher. Our previous homeowners had tiled in the old dishwasher so it couldn't be removed and they couldn't/wouldn't do tile work. We put it off because we were dreading going through the process of getting estimates, etc. I am so glad we called Z Line and I wish we had done it sooner. We got a text message notification upon arrival that included a photo of the employee who would be doing the work, which I appreciated. Terry was on time, super nice, and did a great job switching out the dishwashers, cutting and installing the tile, and matching our existing grout. His coworker who joined him was also kind and thorough. We were so impressed we even asked them to look at two more side projects for the future before they left.

Sean was very quick to respond and came same day within just a couple of hours. Once he arrived, he was professional, up front and very quick to diagnose and clear the clog. Sean went above and beyond to provide awesome service! Highly recommended!!!

Raymond came to my house within an hour of me leaving a message with the call center on a Sunday morning!! I could not be more pleased with the response time and availability. I had a major clog that was causing sewage to come up the shower drain. He did an inspection of the plumbing in the crawlspace. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to unclog my drain b/c his equipment was too big to fit under my crawlspace to reach the drain cap. But he did give me a detailed explanation of what was done wrong in the plumbing that caused it to stop up. He didn't try to sell me her services. Instead he told me I needed to talk to the contractor who did it and have him redo it b/c it is not to code. So after all that, I fully expected him to charge me for the visit. After all, it's a Sunday morning and anyone who goes crawling into my small, crowded crawlspace deserves to be paid. But he charged me nothing. After dealing with so many crooked people in the construction industry, it's so nice to know that there are still honest, compassionate people out there. Thank you Raymond!! You will definitely be my go-to plumber should anymore problems arise.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

We've used Plumbing Unlimited for several different jobs, and they've given us no reason to consider anyone else.
This is what I've found to be consistent in every job: they clearly communicate all options, work with you to stay within your budget, and are quick to respond.
At least twice now we have called the office at night and had a plumber come out first thing in the morning.

Mr. Garnet from Roto Rooter was Excellent. He displayed professionalism in every aspect of his work. He was very knowledgeable in unclogging the drain and gave tips on what not to do for example..,using wipes. I would truly ask for him again if the occasion arises. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

A1 did a fantastic job repairing my hot water heater. I did previously write a poor review based on lack of communication. A1 contacted me and apologized for the communication disconnect. They kept me informed on the status of the parts to repair the hot water, and then came out and quickly repaired the water heater. I certainly appreciated their professionalism and technical expertise and definitely will use them in the future. I highly recommend A1.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.

Worked with these guys through Lowe's to install a new toilet. Very professional and courteous. THEY DID THE INSTALL THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT THE TOILET!!! Perfectly done installation by Philip and he did it in 30 minutes. Definitely gonna call upon them again to knock out my other two. Very impressed! Highly recommend!
