Best Fix A Leak in Virginia Beach VA

We recently had two bathroom faucets installed, along with 4 replacement shutoff valves and associated tubing. Atomic sent out Ryan to conduct the work, and he was outstanding! He was on time, professional, and did a great job in explaining how best to maintain and protect my existing plumbing.The only reason I did not give this experience the full 5 stars, is because of the price that was charged. Although the charges were explained and I accepted them without question, I do feel that it was extremely high for the actual work conducted. I tried to do it myself, but with the leaks that we had, it was best to let the professionals tackle it. Other than the price, service was exceptional.I would recommend Atomic Plumbing to my friends and family, but I would highly encourage them to get other estimates just in case. Thanks again Ryan! Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

While remodeling our bathroom I cracked an old PVC supply line while the water was off, and put out a call for professional help. Jason arrived within 30 minutes and had the problem solved in less than an hour. He also helped later with a question I had about connecting compression fittings. These guys are great and I highly recommend the company for anyone in the need of plumbing services. Way more helpful than others I have used in the past!

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.
