I had a leak coming from the bathtub faucet. I was recommended Cecilia's home repair so i gave them a call. within 1 hour they arrived to repair the leak. The gentleman that cam to do the repair was courteous and very nice. He changed the valve in the faucet and cleaned and showed me how to undo the stopper so i can clean it. After the gentlemen left, I went to try out the faucet and it sounded like it is vibrating loud so the next day, I called with my problem and again within an hour, they were there to fix it and fix it he did and explained what had happened. The faucet is working great now. Will I recommend Cecilia's Home Repairs, yes, most definitely.

Someone came to my home one month ago but I never received a quote. I even called a couple times two weeks later and was told that they would reach out as soon as possible to give me an update. Never heard back. If you're unable to do the job then at least have the courtesy to let me know. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Don't use them!

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.
