Good people quality work great price

Ryan came out originally to inspect our 22 year old gas hot water heater. We weren't having problems with it but felt we were living on borrowed time as it certainly outlived its expected life span. In just a few days Ryan and David installed a new hot water heater and it's working great. Ryan even noticed our gas line in the attic was too close to the roof line and adjusted it making sure exterior nails wouldn't accidentally puncture it. They were extremely polite, professional and timely. Even the person that originally took my call was courteous and updated us on who was coming with a picture and when they would be here. No surprises. Very happy with this transaction.

The initial experience was great. Even the receptionist that took my call was very friendly and attentive. They sent a plumber, Chase out the very next day each time I called. He seemed knowledgeable and kept me updated as he was going. He did not give me unreasonable expectation and was truthful about what he would have to fix and how he would have to do it. He was on time and courteous of my time. He was proficient to locate the problems, he made every effort to correct it the most efficient and clean way. He gave his expert opinions and took his time to check his work. He showed me where the issue was and answered all my questions. If all the plumbers are like Chase, I will always call A1 Sewer and Drain!
