Ryan and Zach came to my house on both Saturday nigh and Sunday. I had a houseful of company one person was 86 years old and our plumbing was backed up. Ryan was able to get us comfortable for Saturday night and assuring me that the flooding would stop. On Sunday he and Zack came out and fixed the problem. Both were not only very professional but also very personable and easy to work with. They addressed the problem and thoroughly checked out our septic system to ensure that everything was running smoothly.. atomic plumbing went above and beyond in a time of need for the Lamb family and I thank them immensely for their efforts and service.Sincerely Donald

Water supply to house had a leak, next to driveway. City said we had to fix it. Sean had someone at our house that day to identify the problem. They left us a tool so we could turn the water off and on as needed since the leak was running up our meter. They fixed everything the next day. They had to break up part of driveway and dig deep to get to the pipe. Then they replaced the bad section of pipe, sealed everything, and fixed the driveway. Only charged us the lowest price they estimated. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They easily could have charged more. Sean also took the time to explain what was done. Sean fixes Johns plumbing is a great company, with professional, courteous people, and is hands down the only number I'm calling for help in the future.

Almost a year later, and the repair is still perfect. We had a different water problem today, and Sean was able to come out today, identify the problem and fix it right away. Still the best, thanks Sean!

About a month later. How's this for a Christmas nightmare: 500 miles from home, wake up Christmas morning 2018 to find a voicemail from my neighbor that our driveways are flooded and it looks like it's coming from my yard. I call Sean fixes Johns assuming I'll be leaving a message. It's early Christmas morning after all. Instead, I reach Sean himself. I explain the problem and he comes to my families rescue. Christmas is saved. He personally drives to my house and shuts off the water. Knowing that my family will be back in town in a day and we'll need water, he gets everything repaired before our return. To top it off, he charged me NOTHING because the new leak was near the old leak from a month ago, so he ruled it a warranty claim. He knew I was out of town. If he was unscrupulous, he could have told me anything and charged me a lot of money, but he is an honest man who cares about his customers. Sean is my Go-To-Guy forever.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Bobby and his technician were absolutely wonderful! Our house needed major updating with new units and heating with our newly installed gas line. He was polite, responsive, on time, great with my animals, and completely trusted him in my home alone when I had to run off to work. We will definitely be customers in the future!

Eric and his Co-Worker arrived within 15 min of their window time and began installing a toilet within 10 min of arrival. They were efficient, clean and courteous and provided great service. Then tested several times for operation and assured me they were available to address any issues in the future should they arise. We were called several times by the dispatch staff and appraised of the install date & time window clearly. All in all an excellent experience for the money spent , a true value.
