I liked the up-front pricing. I found Cecilia's through Yelp! on Friday night. They were here first thing Sunday morning and he was thorough, gave an explanation of what he found.

My technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Felt comfortable with him. I've used Prescion Plumbing for years and will continue to use them.

They came early. Were friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the job satisfactorily. There was even a mess up on my part and they fixed it. I’ll use them again.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

I have only worked with Mr. Raymond briefly so far, but he will be handling a plumbing issue at a property I own in the area.. He was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable on the phone it is nice to have that with a contractor - they are often times rushed, rude, and lacking in detail. With that said I will update this when the job is completely finished!

Prompt service. Polite employees and agreeable prices. The technicians took care to place tarps to protect our carpets as well as to explain what they were doing during each step. The repair was done efficiently and the technicians took considerable care to clean up. We will definitely recommend to both family and friends.

TLDR: Rude & never showed up. Guy on the phone sounded disgruntled at life in general and was pretty rude, so I had a hunch when I originally called to make an appointment that these folks were going to be a problem. Against my better judgment, I made the appointment anyways because a friend had recommended them. Sure enough, they never even showed up. I even called to confirm the day before. I took off work to be home during the morning time block they specified so they didn't just waste my time, they wasted one of my sick days. If you can't even trust these jokers to show up when they say they will, how can you trust them to do decent work? I hope this review saves someone else a headache.

We had a pretty involved situation - toilets, showers, and laundry room had to be connected to outdoor pipes leading to city sewage connections. In addition a pump had to be installed and an old septic tank filled in. Joster and his crew were on time, were professional in their work, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We are very pleased with the results of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work; they know what they’re doing and do it well.

Me and my wife just moved into our home and we were experiencing electrical issues in 2 bedrooms. Sam, our technician, came out and was able to diagnose our issues rather quickly. Was very professional. Price friendly. Also check out the rest of the house to give further recommendation. Will use them again.. also had a free opening on a Sunday which was hard to get someone out on a Sunday without being over charged for it.

Todd is now my go to plumber. He's quick to respond and came when he said. He fixed a leak on my hose outlet, unclogged my washer drain and one of my sink drains. His prices are good and don't break the bank. On top of that he's a good guy who loves his family!! Call him.

Jim was super professional and gave me a very detailed explanation on what needs to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. He was way ahead of schedule and gave me plenty of calls ahead of time before his arrival. He did a great job repairing my sink and bathtub. Gladly use his services again one day.
