I called Cecilia's Home Repair a little after 8 a.m. and the technician, Michael, was at my house in an hour. He was fast and knowledgeable and took his time to explain the issue. The fee was half the amount my previous plumber quoted. I would definitely recommend their company!

Sean was fantastic! We had to call him for an emergency visit on a Sunday afternoon to unclog a drain. He was super fast to respond, arrived within the hour and unclogged the drain fast! He was very professional and kind. We definitely recommend and will keep his number on hand at all times for future needs!

Our A/C conked out on a Saturday night. Husband called Guy Smith the next morning. A tech came out to our house and fixed the problem and we were back to normal within a few hours. Pleased to have such prompt service on a Sunday morning.

We have a commercial multi tenant property where the lines needed to be jetted. Brandon was the man for the job. He knew exactly what he needed to do and was extremely thorough and hands on until the job was completed. He explained the situation to us and answered every question we had while fixing the backed up lines. This was not an easy job snd Brandon handled it with knowledge and professionalism. I know we will be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs and will recommend to all of my colleagues.

I was lied to not once, not twice, but three times by customer service. I am in the military service living on the opposite side of the country and couldn't be there for the service I had scheduled with American Mechanical during Christmas break. My wife took the day off work Tuesday as we had scheduled American Mechanical to work on our plumbing issue and was told a plumber was coming at 3pm that day. No plumber ever came by. I called customer service and they said they had rescheduled for service Friday morning. Not only did my wife take the day off work to wait for service that never came, but now we had to wait 3 additional days for our issue to be fixed. When I brought this up to them and asked for compensation in the form of discounted service, I was told a manager would be in contact with me to discuss a discount. No one contacted me. So I called Friday morning to speak to a manager about a discount and was given the same answer, someone will contact you about a discount. My wife was contacted about a plumber coming Friday afternoon. I called customer service again before the plumber came and got the same standard answer again, someone would be contacting you. The plumber arrived without anyone contacting me and they left when my wife told them no work was to be done without someone from American Mechanical first contacting me. American Mechanical wasted our time and lied to us over and over leaving a very unhappy dissatisfied customer.

They came out to find out what was going on with our outdoor lights. They went over and above to find the problem. I would recommend them for your repairs.

I highly recommend calling Rob, Tony and his team. I needed a toilet and sink installation with all new pipes going down to the basement. They did such quick work. Of course, there was an unforeseen issue. Roots in the pipes that prevented the water to flow properly through the house. It caused overflow which was extremely frustrating but they handled that too.
These guys are such gentlemen. So nice, patient and professional. They work with clear communication and are fair with their pricing, which I appreciated so much!

Todd was friendly and professional. He set an appointment and called me when he was on his way. He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside. Todd has a vast knowledge and he educated this first time home owner on a few plumbing and heating areas. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Very pleased. Was told they would be out the next day to install our new hot water tank and they was here first thing. Was very polite, friendly and cleaned up everything. He did an awesome job. I would recommend them to my family and friends for all my plumbing needs.
