While preparing my mother's house for sale, I discovered a badly clogged sink drain. Knowing that I would have to deal with this at some time, I decided to call Roto-Rooter. Shawn showed on time, explained what he would do, gave me an estimate, and put on his booties. He knew just what to do although it took 3 different snake attempts. Did I say it was a badly clogged drain. Shawn got the water running like new and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Shawn.

Allowed me to get dishwasher installed after repairing my leak. Highly recommend! Will use again if needed!

Ed Stonich came out to do my plumbing inspection and he was very thorough. When Ed finished he explained some minor issues and provided estimates for the repair. SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

Badly clogged drain that couldn’t be fixed without a plumber. He was able to finally clear the drain without tearing out the pipes, even though he has prepared us for the more expensive repair. He was honest and did an excellent job on giving an accurate quote Tony was way ahead of schedule too.
