Best Clogged Drain in Virginia Beach VA

I recently had my home unit stop working; could have easily been mistaken for major problems. Jon Shaffer from Guy Smith showed up and showed me it was just the low pressure side sensor shutting off the system. A reset and back up. While it may need future repairs if it goes bad again I am up and running. So I called and Jon showed up at my business to check one of my units there. Again great service, quick troubleshooting and diagnosis. Thank You Guy smith.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

We just purchased a home with an electric water heater and have 0 experience in plumbing. Set up an appointment last night, got a call this morning telling us they had a cancelation and a plumber was 30 minutes out (score!!). William (tech #3066 I’m giving him full credit cuz he was a life saver!!) came out, looked at the issue, fixed it in less than an hour and got us hot water! He showed us everything we needed and gave us some much needed tips. For new home owners, he’s a much needed asset. Defiantly calling William in the future for all our issues. 100/10 service!

Bobby and his technician were absolutely wonderful! Our house needed major updating with new units and heating with our newly installed gas line. He was polite, responsive, on time, great with my animals, and completely trusted him in my home alone when I had to run off to work. We will definitely be customers in the future!

We called Roto Rooter after our home warranty company sent out another crew the day before to clear a blocked toilet and they couldn't handle it. They still wanted paid, but they did nothing. They asked for the location of the cleanout drain and when I pointed them to it, they said it was not the cleanout. They left. I called Roto Rooter, they are not apart of my warranty, showed the guy the cleanout, he used the same drain I pointed the other crew to clear the line from the back of my house to the street. He replaced the wax ring on my toilet and suggested some other work we would need and got an estimate for me.I was a little worried about the cost, but we got the problem solved and it was right in the ballpark of a good deal. I would recommend to anyone. The guy was courteous to my wife, who was home sick and to myself when I came in to help out since my wife was not feeling well. Good call on our part, would do again...hopefully will not have too. :)

Since arriving in Virginia Beach over 9 years ago, I recently discovered Tony. I am very pleased I found him, as Tony is the best over others I have used in the past. Tony arrived on time, was efficient and professional with repairing several issues ( toilet, faucet etc) in my home and all within a reasonable amount of time. I am most pleased with his work and the cost of his service.

I have used Conner Services for years for various repairs and now for a complete change out of our downstairs hvac system. They have always showed up quickly and done good work. We highly recommend them for hvac or plumbing needs.

Patrick took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. He was on time and did a thorough job of cleaning our tankless water heater.

I did not end up actually using this contractor but they responded very quickly to my request for an over the phone estimate and were extremely courteous and professional in all my interactions with them.
