I was very impressed with the service we received today. We had to call a plumber to replace a hot water valve under our kitchen sink. Best Buy was ready to install a new dishwasher yesterday. It couldn’t be completed due to a corroded hot water valve. Looked up plumber recommendations on NextDoor and Precision Plumbing had a lot of positive recommendations. So I called and they came today (next day) and fixed it without price gouging us (knowing we were desperate due to a new dishwasher now sitting in my garage waiting to be installed). The plumber, Josh, and his apprentice, Shawn, were very polite. I have now hired them to do more work for me next week. So glad we found them.

Sean answered on the first ring and was very professional and SO helpful! He explained everything very thoroughly and walked me through what to do to fix my issue in five minutes! Highly recommend & will definitely use for all my plumbing needs

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. We've used Roto-Rooter in the past, so when we had plumbing issues again, we knew we could trust their company. Dave (#5131) came out and examined our bathroom shower which was flowing regardless of being activated or not. He was incredibly friendly and thorough with his repair. He spent the time to evaluate the cause & fix the problem. He didn't jerry-rig or do a band-aid repair. He completely fixed the plumbing the way it should have been built in the first place. One of the concerns I have with plumbing is technicians doing quick fixes only for the problem to come back again. Every time I've used Roto-Rooter, they actually fix the source. I'm impressed & will continue to patron a trusted company!
