Atomic Plumbing provided excellent service from the timely response, to my call to updates prior to their arrival time, to the actual work conducted on site. They provided me with options and didn't try and strong arm us into service we didn't need. They stayed with us until we could verify the service was complete (and the toilet didn't back up again) and ensured we had peace of mind about the work that was done before they left. I asked for additional service to be completed on the upstairs bathroom shower and the technician, James M., provided an initial assessment for free and gave me options. Once I determined it was going to need his expertise, he quickly and efficiently got to work and fixed that problem too. They were military friendly and provided me a 10% discount which for a family of five on a single income, every little bit helps! Having a pipe spewing water in my house was upsetting on TG morning. Sending out a dozen emails to plumbing companies but only hearing from 3 was aggravating. Of them, the only one willing to work with my finances, and show up in a reasonable time was Cecilia's. Kevin was professional and reassuring, I needed that after the days I've had. He explained to me what all needs work to repair my hot water line and that there will be a need for continuation due to the super tight spaces and he needed a second tech to help out. Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

Backed up toilet at our rental house. We suspect the drain going outside is clogged. Fast response. Great communication. Glad I can count these guys. Austin is clearing the outflow.

My home warranty company schedule an appointment with TCP Plumbing & Drains to fix a leak in one of my rental properties. I received a call from TCP to confirm that they had received the work order and to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up nor I didn't receive a phone call. I left two voicemail messages and have yet to receive a call back. My home warranty company attempted to contact them to see what was going on -- and received no response. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.
