Felt like a scam. Got an HVAC tune up with them and I’m not sure what they did, but they did not do any visible work. The insulation on the line was still damaged and the air filter unchanged. They also remind me of a skeevy mechanic when they said I should replace my capacitor because it was at a 36 and should be at a 40. What even is the scale?

I needed a new main shutoff valve installed ASAP, as my valve stem broke in the off position, so I had no water. Called several area plumbers, Ali-Cor called back immediately, and arrived about 45 minutes later. Within 2 hours total, the job was done! The guy was friendly, professional and definately prompt.
