Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and he carefully considered and explained every alternative way to correct the problem. Our kitchen was not connected to the sewer following a remodeling. He managed to open our slab with minimal disruption and mess. When he left us we had a perfect repair in a clean and tidy package. We can't imagine a less painful ordeal considering our circumstances. Not only does Mike generously share his expertise, he gives generously of his humanity and compassion. Our salute to the hardest working angel we've ever had the honor to meet.

They responded on Christmas day to fix a leak in the crawlspace, and then had the water damage completely dried, old insulation and moisture barrier removed and replaced within a week. Great service!

My bath faucet and sink has been leaking for a while now so I called them to come fix. From now on this is the only company I will call for any of my plumbing repairs. Well done and Good customer service. Pat B is who did my service and he was very nice. I highly recommend this company.

The service was exceptional! Polite prompt and to the point. Had a water heater that skunked out on us in the middle of the night- water everywhere. Called Jim, he was there in a flash, new water heater installed and water hotter than ever now! Very pleased!

I was dealing with a insurance claim and roto-rooter kept in touch each day so they could come over as soon as possible, also to let me know that they haven't forgotten about my case. They waited for three days until I finally received the ok from the insurance company.
