I had a leaking main supply line under my driveway which was a laborious repair that required cutting my concrete driveway and digging down several feet to access the leak. My technician, Sean and his partner, Paul did an AWESOME job. They arrived on time, gave me a fair quote for the work, and began the repair process immediately. Tidewater Plumbing and Heating were not only quick on the scene but very honest, communicative, and polite during the process. Their pricing was considerably less than any other competitor. Even after a completely honest, totally-not-a-big-deal-at-all mistake that lead to a damaged Keurig machine, our installer insisted that he pay out of pocket for a new one. What a great guy! Should we have any HVAC issues in the future, we know who to call.”

Cecilia Home Repairs did a great job on our Master Bath Renovation. They demoed the old tub & redid the plumbing & installed our new tiled walk in shower. They installed new bathroom fans & corrected a few electrical switches throughout the house. We are thoroughly pleased with the work done. Will definitely be using them down the road for any future remodeling & repairs to our home.

Paul and his team are great to work with. I would highly recommend them if you want quality work with competitive pricing. Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

I woke up to a cold house; my air handler blower stopped working in the middle of the night. HomeAdvisor directed me to Guy Smith. They came out same day for a diagnostic. My control board stopped sending signals to my blower— my heat worked, it just wasn’t circulating. They were able to do a temporary fix and get my house feeling warm again.They were able to get the replacement part in quick fashion and replaced it quick.Luckily everything was still under warranty, so it didn’t cost as much as I was thinking. Both techs were professional. Office personnel I talked to over the phone were very polite.Happy with my experience; will update of anything changes.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

Everyone at All Day Plumbing was very friendly and easy to work with. They got our dishwasher picked up, installed, and the old one hauled away the next day after we called them. They were very efficient and knowleable. We will definitely use them again!

Tonight me and my three kids are at a hotel room because the owner jack I suppose couldn’t wait ten minutes for me to get fast food for my kids because he turned all my water off and left for two hours to get parts which I had no issue with aside from the fact that we can’t cook, poop, or wash our hands. So as I’m leaving to go right at the corner to get food for my kids from McDonald’s he pulls up and I told him I would be right back and I even called his cell and said it would take ten minutes tops. He then yelled saying he wasn’t waiting I was rude etc? Rude how when I’ve been waiting over two hours with a headache and low sugar and hungry kids because I can’t prepare dinner with no water and I didn’t know when he would return because he ignored my text. I was gonna turn around but he left I thought he would be able to understand I could see if I was going to be long and it wasn’t for food. I waited all afternoon for this man to come to my place from 1pm until 3:00 and then another two hours for him to find parts. All I did was call the rent office asking was there a way for me to turn the water back on they said no so I waited another hour and I decided to make a quick run because I wasn’t sure how long he would be so as I’m pulling off I see him and notify him not wanting to force him to turn the water back on and hold him up from working I decide to make a fast food run for the kids. There was no telling how long it would take to fix the plumbing issue. This man has the absolute most horrible customer service I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but it left me in tears not to mention my land lord was a total evil witch about it and I pay my rent faithfully never been late. This was a horrible experience. I am now at a hotel with my three kids because he refused to come back and turn the water on. He just left I even apologized but he was so cold hearted he didn’t care or reply to the text. My husband is still at work while all this is taking place we have no water to bathe brush our teeth or anything not even cold water. So I had no choice but to spend money I don’t have for a room, last time I checked leaving someone without water is illegal. I’d like to also note when he came to my home I asked him was the temperature ok would he like a water etc and he would turn around and treat me this way. God has the last say

A-1 was great! Buck came and assessed our water heater— it needed to be replaced. They came the next day, took the old one out, installed the new one, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Very friendly.

Raymond was very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what to do about running a new gas line for our new gas stove. Would use this company again.
