I had a plumbing issue since I moved in for about 8 months going back and fourth with the property mangers. I just couldn't pinpoint that something was wrong and I kept getting bills from the management company. I finally told them enough was enough and someone needs to come out and really take a look at my plumbing. They came and spent the whole day digging up my backyard and behold my whole plumbing lines were messed up. They then spent the next two days re-piping my plumbing system. During the whole process, they were able to give me a step by step detail of what was going on. Lastly, because of their help, all of those plumbing fines I received got revoked. Thanks !!

DJ was an awesome young man. Very courteous and polite. Did a great job in draining out the main pipe which was clogged really bad. He was so quick in getting to our house. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Called Don to fix I leak I had in the outdoor portion of my main water line into the house. He and his partner showed up on time, worked fast to fix the problematic portion of the pipe, and cleaned everything up once they were done (beyond what I believed necessary). They were knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions and explain what was going on. When I had a complication with a toilet later that day due to dirt that had gotten into the line, they came back the next day to fix it for no additional charge. I would definitely use Don's Plumbing again and would recommend them to others.

Note, I don't fault them for the complication. They did take considerable precautions to avoid it and checked that water was flowing normally inside the house before leaving. They asked me if water was flowing properly everywhere else in the house, and I simply didn't check everything I should have.

I first used Lindsey Brothers at my home. They came out immediately and repaired the problem. A few years later i needed them again. They came out and wanted to charge a travel fee. They were doing a job in NC and charged me from there to my home. I called the office because this wasn't told to me. They wavered the fee. I then used them for my salon. He put in pipes too small for pressure that is needed for a salon using chemicals and he did not put the pipe in with an incline so that it would drain. The pipe clogged. I had two new companies come over and both told me the same things were done wrong. After calling and talking to Mr. Lindsey several times and he stating he would come over i gave up. He stop answering calls and text. He never showed up to fix the problem. I have to replace the pipes he installed. I did not want to go to court. I support black businesses on a regular. This was so unprofessional and sad.

Definitely do not recommend this company. My home warranty provider connected me with them and I had to call twice to get an appointment. They do not answer the phone when you call. I was given a 3PM - 5{M service appointment and they did not show and they did not call to let me know they were not coming. I called the office to inquire and again no one answered the phone or returned my call. When I contacted my home warranty company they informed me TCP Plumbing had rejected the service as they do not service gar water heaters, yet they didn't bother to inform me and I had taken the afternoon off from work to be home for my service window. I requested my home warranty company remove them from their list of providers. They do not deserve a one star rating, but the review won't post without selecting a at least one star...
