Best Faucet Installation in Virginia Beach VA

Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

Justin professionally approach the task at hand. The old water heater was removed and replaced with a new one within a few hours. Very satisfied with his work.

I called this business at about 2 am in the morning on sat. Five minutes later I got a return call and was able to set up an appointment for sat morning at 8am. Tony Jr was here and looked at the problem with my water heater and after telling me my options of a repair that may not last a week or so, we discussed the option of a new water heater. The new water heater was installed the same day after he went and got the water heater and all parts for it. By the time he first came to the job, and it being
finished was 2 hours and 15 minutes. So quick service and very knowledgeable. Would use them again. Thanks.

I got home after work around 11pm to find that my kitchen sink and guest bathroom sink had been backed up something I already knew about but was waiting to take care of by the end of the month. I called around 9am the following morning and they got someone out by 4pm. I do not remember the man's name but was pleasant to be around, I let him know that I had try to snake it myself a few weeks back but with a hand crank snake but was unable to unlodge anything. Upon hearing this he pulled out a power snake and got to work under the kitchen sink then after went to the roof which confused me, but found out that 2 pipes uptop are linked to the plumbing. After work the roof he told me to run both sinks for a bit of time and run some dawn dish soap to help break away what may be left. Both sinks ran fine and the leaking coming from the dishwasher stopped as it could finally drain and wasnt a blown gasket.
Even though I had to take the day off from work which is not their fault, was easy and quick. I will call them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

Absolutely the best option for plumbing work in Hampton roads. After calling 6 plumbers they were the best price. After what I thought was a catastrophe was happening in my house they showed up on time and set me back to normal. Guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!!!

Sean did such a professional and thorough job Installing and connecting my new water purification ionizer in the kitchen. The adapter that came with my system he put on was cheap plastic and leaked under sink, but Sean ran out on the hunt to several hardware stores later that day and came back with a fantastic replacement that worked perfectly. Very pleased with his service. He didn't even grumble when I asked that he please leave his shoes at the door :) and wow, he cleaned up behind himself too. He is THE MAN! Seriously, don't hesitate to call this guy if you need a plumber.

Two service pros arrived at my home , at the time set for the appointment. They were professionally dressed, knowledgeable, asked what I wanted done, and gave me options, without pressuring me in any way. They answered my questions and did not rush me as I was deciding which of options I wanted to choose. I decided on a new toilet, as the old one was leaking and about 20 years old. I also decided on a new kitchen faucet as the old one leaked enough to raise my water bill. I could have been persuaded to get a new garbage disposal, but they felt it did not yet need replacing. I was really impressed that they did not visit back and forth with each other but were task focused. I was also impressed by the fact all info was displayed on paper as well as on my cell phone and I downloaded and saved the info. They showed me what they were doing and everything met my satisfaction. I am delighted to give these two men a 5 star rating. In the future, I will certainly use All Day Plumbing again, if I have any more concerns.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Great Ingenuity, Great Workmanship, Great Professionalism, and Great Guys!!!

TLDR: Rude & never showed up. Guy on the phone sounded disgruntled at life in general and was pretty rude, so I had a hunch when I originally called to make an appointment that these folks were going to be a problem. Against my better judgment, I made the appointment anyways because a friend had recommended them. Sure enough, they never even showed up. I even called to confirm the day before. I took off work to be home during the morning time block they specified so they didn't just waste my time, they wasted one of my sick days. If you can't even trust these jokers to show up when they say they will, how can you trust them to do decent work? I hope this review saves someone else a headache.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

My kitchen sink garbage disposal stopped working and needed a new replacement. Before ordering a new garbage disposal, I called this plumbing company to find out about the repair. He took the time to answer all of my questions about the new installation.

I then ordered the part on Amazon and as soon as the part came in, I called this company back. I was lucky Jose was in the area and within the hour after I called, he was at my house.
