Our technician was Ryan, employee number 5884 and he was amazing! Extremely personable and professional. He didn’t try to dupe us or charge us for things we didn’t need, he was straight to the point and fixed our issue quickly. Our washing machine was pushing water into our sink and it was backing up, Ryan knew exactly what to do and gave me the price quote up front before any service was done. I highly recommend Ryan for any service needs!

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

While remodeling our bathroom I cracked an old PVC supply line while the water was off, and put out a call for professional help. Jason arrived within 30 minutes and had the problem solved in less than an hour. He also helped later with a question I had about connecting compression fittings. These guys are great and I highly recommend the company for anyone in the need of plumbing services. Way more helpful than others I have used in the past!

Recently we had a major leak under our house. Leaking sewage, horrible smells, it was just a mess. A-1 came out and diagnosed the problem and said it was the main line and it would cost 4 thousand to fix. They spent a full day with 2 workers fixing the issue. We thought the problem was fixed and everything was fine. A week later we had to have some duct work done and the HVAC guys said we still had a leak. I called A-1 again and they immediately sent someone out and they said the issue fell into a gray area of something that possibly could have been damaged when they did the major repair. I had this sinking feeling we were in for another huge bill BUT they completely covered the repair which would have been very costly. I found their honestly and great customer service very refreshing. Todd was amazing and very knowledgeable just like the first 2 plumbers were. Their employees are skilled, polite and hard working.
