We combined Mr. Dutzer's service with a local Home Depot contractor appointment to replace two (2) inside supply line shutoff valves and replace one of two (1 of 2) total, main floor (1st fl.) toilets. Inside the upper water tank, the old toilet was stamped October 12th 1968, so yeah, it was well past the time to replace it.

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Fast reliable Knowledgeable and very affordable

Mike came out to my house about two weeks ago to take a look at a leak I've had on the first floor section of my roof. He provided me a reasonable quote and made the repair on the spot. Two weeks later, no leaking observed! What I liked most was that he explained everything that he was doing and even showed me the suspected area causing the leak. Perez is contracted by Home Depot. We do business with Home Depot regularly and we have recently redone all our floors. Perez has dismissive representatives, they tell you one thing and then do another.Their customer care leaves much to be desired. The plumber, Scotty on the other hand, was great. He did an excellent job and had a wonderful disposition. With that being said, we will refuse to accept Perez as the contracted plumbers from Home Depot going forward.
